  • William from USA asked:

I want to put a bipod on the gun,not a rail type.I saw a video by a guy putting a bipod on the gun. He said he got it from P.A. for around 25.00.I could not tell the model number. Can any one recommend one.

    • Tyler from USA:

Probably installed a swivel stud into the plastic forearm on the gun. That would require this part: GrovTec Quick-Detach Sling Swivel Stud... Once installed, most of the UTG bipods would work as they come with an adapter that would fit the stud.

  • Ed from USA asked:

if I ordered the Benjamin Marauder Pistol, would it have the new and improved trigger? I definitely would want that.

    • Tyler from USA:

      new and improved trigger?

  • frank from USA asked:

What "mods" can be made to make this more quiet?

    • Tyler from USA:

There used to be a few places out there that made shroud extensions for this gun. Google is your friend!

  • Deanna from USA asked:

Can you recommend any open sights that could be mounted on this gun?

    • Tyler from USA:

I have not seen any sight sets that will work on this gun

  • VALENTIN from USA asked:

Are the grips interchangeable with Crosman 2240?

    • Mike from USA asked:

Do front and rear sights come with this gun that can be installed?

      • Tyler from USA:

        No

    • Todd from USA asked:

Can the air tank stayed filled indefinitely?

      • Tyler from USA:

        Yes

    • James from USA asked:

will the barrel and trigger of the Crosman 1720T PCP Target Air Pistol fit the marauder pistol?

      • Tyler from USA:

        Yes

    • Garrett from USA asked:

What is the maximum range for this pistol shooting starling too raccoon sized pest

      • Tom from USA:

I've taken squirrels with mine out past 35 yards. In my opinion, this isn't enough gun for raccoon unless you're point blank with a head shot. Even on squirrels, shot placement is critical.

    • ted from USA asked:

What seems to be the best or most popular pellet for this gun. So far ive only shot crosman premier hollow points and they dont seem to group very well ? Any suggestions would be appriciated :) Thanks

      • Tom from USA:

Mine has performed well with just about everything I've tried. I really like the Benjamin PCP hollow points. They are pinpoint accurate and produce great results on backyard pests.

      • Tyler from USA:

Mine always liked the H&N Field Target Trophy pellets but I have seen a few that shoot JSB Jumbo and Express well also

    • Shane from USA asked:

how long is the air tube on the pistol , front to back. and diameter

      • David from USA:

With cap on, its exactly 17 inches (43 centimeters). The OD is about .88 inches

    • Aaron from USA asked:

Does the p-rod have the built in depinger like the gen 2 m-rod?

      • Tyler from USA:

        No

    • Rock from USA asked:

How well would the bugbuster cbq work on this pistol/carbine.

      • Tyler from USA:

It's a solid choice and one we see used a lot. Just make sure you get dovetail mounts for the scope.

    • Pablo from USA asked:

where can i get a silencer for this gun..? thanks

      • Big Shady from USA:

It has a built in Shroud Noise Suppressor a 2 on noise level, about as low as it gets

      • Stanley from USA:

        Online.

    • John from USA asked:

OK. I've had this air gun for 3 years as of this month. Leakiness developed around the quick disconnect and the fill port on the Marauder air chamber. I Bought a new part (fill adapter assembly # 1700-101). I was able to remove the assembly but nothing - neither Metric nor English deep sockets - worked. There's only 2 "flats" on an otherwise round end. Some time ago, I removed the assembly by torqueing on the quick disconnect. That's probably how the leak got its start. What's the "appropriate" wrench to use for this job?

      • David from USA:

        Use 11mm

    • Barry from USA asked:

I am looking for a single shot tray for my Marauder, I can not load mags as fast as my grand kids shoot. By the way I am 73 and this is by far the best value in an air gun that I have ever found. Good job!

      • kyros from USA:

It's easy to build one- Buy a 2 part epoxy clay-mold it to length-height-width-round out the center to line up with the bore and plunger --let it harden-It's cheap- It works-It will last forever

      • Stanley from USA:

Crosman makes a single shot adaptor but it only fits the rifle version in .177 caliber only. You could call crosman at 1-800-724-7486 and ask them directly . And crosman makes a single shot version of this pistol but you would have to sheel out 479.00 . Good luck.

    • xmagh from USA asked:

Is it possible find this airgun in .177 caliber?

      • Stanley from USA:

Only made in 22 caliber at this time.

    • Pending from USA asked:

I'm still a newb in so many respects regarding air guns etc. I shoot mostly pistols which brings me to the point. Why is this gun called a pistol? I have never seen anyone holding it with the two handed pistol grip. All I see on YouTube and at my club, is the carbine hold, whether the shoulder stock is on it or not. Again, I ALWAYS assume I am wrong when I'm the odd man out, so just looking for info. I was wondering if it was simply a hybrid and the word "hybrid" tends to have a negative connotation in many situations. Any help would be great. And I can't stress enough that I'm not throwing stones or think I'm the only one who knows the poop and nothing but the poop, lol. All blessings Norien

      • Robert from USA:

I always used this as a carbine. It can be used as a pistol only though. This carbine will shoot at 40 yards with authority. It is an amazing air gun! Get this one!!!

    • Robert from USA asked:

Will Eun Jin pellets fit in this pistol?

      • Marc from USA:

Yes, but they are really to heavy for the pistol. 21.14gr are about the heaviest it will like to shoot.

    • Robert from USA asked:

How long does it take to fill this gun with a hand pump? Is it really 5 minutes of heavy pumping for only 16 shots?

      • Shelton from USA:

I have had mine for 2 weeks now. It takes me 24 pumps to fill from 2000 to 3000. About 60 seconds. I get 24 shots from 3000 to 2000. I am using the Benjamin pump.

      • Robert from USA:

This gun uses very little air. It is a miracle how little this gun uses!!! Think you get more like 24 shots on a fill. I am going to get another one. hey are supper light!!! Hits at 40 yards with authority!!! (Not 40 feet)!!!

    • Wesley from USA asked:

I shoot off a bipod, is forearm heavy enough to install sling stud or rail?

      • Stanley from USA:

Ive heard owners installing weavers rail on the sides and bottom of the forearm , and also a sling swivel stud .

    • Mario from USA asked:

Why don't Benjamin make a .25 Cal version of this gun. Sales would go up if they did because I would get at least 2 myself of each color.

      • Tyler from USA:

The only folks that can answer that are at Crosman.

    • Dana from USA asked:

My P-rod .22 is too pellet fussy, looking to convert to .177,is this possible and how?

      • HumanJHawkins from USA:

I believe the best way to convert would be to sell it and buy the .177 version. There is enough different between the two that modifying to .177 would be more expensive.

    • Ken from USA asked:

How do I fix the loose synthetic skeleton stock on the pistol grip?

      • John from USA:

I used "Duct Seal" (not Duct tape) inside the pistol grip covers. Used judiciously to avoid areas that should not be covered, it worked very well for me. In addition, since duct seal has good mass, it provides a better balance to the air gun.

      • Robert from USA:

Use some duct tape to snug around areas that move. Around the screw area.

    • Gregory from USA asked:

what is the difference between this and the Woods Walker?

      • David from USA:

The Woods Walker, besides being camo, comes with a red dot sight.

    • Rafique from Norway asked:

      How many shots pr fill?

      • Shelton from USA:

I get 24 shots shooting from 3000 to 2000. Amazing groups. Consistent dime size at 15 yards.

      • Dan the Man from USA:

        About 16.

    • JOHN from USA asked:

I have a red dot that I'd like to use on this air pistol. The rings create a clearance of 9.5mm. Will this be enough clearance for the magazine holder?

      • Dan the Man from USA:

No, you would want around 3/4 of and inch.

    • raimundo from Chile asked:

need a mount for this 1x32.5mm ITA Combat Red / Green Dot Sight , 1/2 MOA , 38mm Tube, Riser , Quick - Detach Weaver / Picatinny Mount for use in Benjamin Marauder Air Pistol

    • kevin from USA asked:

where do you get the dual air tank for the marauder pistol?

      • Jonathan from USA:

        Disco Double website, Google it...

      • Erika from U.S. Virgin Islands:

You may need to contact the Crosman Custom Shop as this is not something that PA will carry

    • Kanapat from Sweden luleÃ¥ asked:

How many Jules How many joules

      • MikeS from USA:

We chrono'd my friend's with 16.0 grain pellets. It was very consistent from 624-635fps for about 14 foot-pounds -- about 19 Joules.

    • John from USA asked:

What scope mount size to use a Bugbuster 3x9 scope on the pistol? Height etc. ?

      • Erika from U.S. Virgin Islands:

        Medium profile will work

    • Reno from USA asked:

Will it take the same magazine as the Marauder Rifle?

      • Stanley from USA:

No rifle and pistol mags do not interchange.

    • DAVID from USA asked:

what would be the maximum grain of pellet for the Benjamin marauder .22 air pistol to fit the magazine

      • Tyler from USA:

There is no weight limit on the magazine, it would be an issue of length of a specific pellet.

    • Tlmk from Malaysia asked:

Hi there I would Loke to know what does it mean by Read all instructions with your hand pump so you are familiar with its operation. Use only a pump designed for filling a pre-charged air pistol and outfitted with a Foster #12FS or #12FSS quick disconnect fitting. DO NOT USE A STANDARD AIR COMPRES- SOR OR BICYCLE PUMP. Means pumps like that wont work at all? Or can I just get the adapter of any hardware stores? Thanks

      • Mary from USA:

a standard bike pump and compressor can only go to 100 psi max, and the lowest pressure pcp (benjamin discovery) goes to 2000psi. but all the others have to be 2500 to 3000 psi to function properly. a 3000psi comperessor will run a couple thousand us dollars and a high pressure pump will run about 200. also a 4500 psi tank will run a couple hundred, and you can't fill the tank with a hand pump because it does not go high enough to fill fully.

    • Dave from USA asked:

My Marauder pistol will not shoot Kodiaks tapered domed copper plated pellets!! How come??

      • Robert from USA:

I shoot Benjamin 22 cal hollows points. They are great!!!

      • Tyler from USA:

Hard to say, they might be too tight in the bore.

    • Dave from USA asked:

I love my Marauder pistol!! Great on small pests like squirrels. But I have some bigger pests like opossums, skunks, and raccoons all of which when hit walk away. What pellets do I need??

      • JON from USA:

It's not enough gun for game of the sizes you mention. It is, however, a great excuse to grab a Max, Disco or M-Rod - if you go with the M-Rod, it will serve you to get it in .25. I have used a Hatsan 125 in .25 on game of that size and it's pretty darn quick, although ever since I got my first pcp Springers aren't looking quite as interesting or powerful anymore, I just wanted to include springers in this answer for perspective.

      • Shafan from USA:

I upped my game to .25 Hatsan BT65QE for raccoon size animals. Amazing difference in power!

      • Gerald R from USA:

        Buy a .25 cal TalonP

      • bob from USA:

Use Polymag Predator pellets. You will be impressed. They are pricey but definitely worth having a tin around.

      • solomon from USA:

Will a regular 22 cal cleaning kit work on these barrels

      • Tyler from USA:

I would recommend whatever pellet has proven to be most accurate for you. You will definitely want to take head shots on those bigger game animals.
