  • Doug from USA asked:

First time I ever attempted to shoot this pistol but no BBs ever come out. It looks like the BBs jam up in the magazine. The magazine allows BBs to line up side-by-side instead of just in a single row but they do not flow out of the magazine this way. Without an answer, I'm just throwing this gun in the trash.

  • llieyerit from Uruguay asked:

how can i make the slide move, it moves a little

    • Mark from USA:

The side does not operate on this gun. The movement is a parts fit issue.

  • Amir from USA asked:

Does the gun come with the tool you need to tighten the co2.

    • Tyler from USA:

There is no tool. There is a screw with a thumb wheel on the bottom of the grip frame

  • Bruce from USA asked:

The BBs are not coming out of my pistol after putting in a new cartridge. Can CO2 cartridges go bad if they are old but never used?

    • Tyler from USA:

It's possible. You can test if the CO2 is pierced by removing the magazine and pulling the trigger. If the gun just goes "click" and you don't get any CO2 through the gun, you'll need to try a new cartridge

  • Wayne from USA asked:

i've got the c11 and the clip is stuck and you can here the bb's rattling around but the clip won't eject. this was the first time i used it.i hope there is a quick fix thanks wayne

    • James from USA:

I was told by Crosman to take a flat blade screwdriver and place it between the mag and grip the seam of the grip will open and loosen the mag and bb's will fall out, but do gently, this worked for me

  • John from USA asked:

I get one shot off then the bb's over-flow. what can II do

    • Brad from Canada asked:

What is the absolute best ammo to use in a CO2 pistol

      • James from USA:

I use the bb's they tested my gun with Daisy Precision Max zinc plated 2400ct, pellets RWS Diablo Basic .177, 7 gr.

    • Joe from USA asked:

Would it hurt if you got shot with this gun

      • Brad from Canada:

Yes it breaks the skin yes it is a gun yes it is a weapon not to be hunting with it's not powerful enough to be humane if you try to hunt with it. I suggest you take some kind of fire arm safety training course

      • Val from USA:

It should never be used to shoot anything live. This is not a toy and cause serious injury.

      • Stanley from USA:

Yes it would sting and maybe put out an eye.

    • Edward from USA asked:

      Is it a blowback gun?

      • Stanley from USA:

        No.

    • kyle from Australia asked:

Does this come with bb pellets

      • Stanley from USA:

        Negative.

    • andre from USA asked:

is this made of all metal? what does blow back mean?which is better blowback or repeater?

      • Tyler from USA:

No, the C11 is mostly plastic. Blow back refers to the slide moving backward when the shot is fired to simulate the recoil of a real firearm. A repeater generally just refers to a gun that is magazine fed.

    • Cisko from USA asked:

I want to get the Crossman C11, the remanufactured one, but it sais gun only. Does that mean that it doesnt come with the clip?

      • Dan the Man from USA:

It would come with 1 mag.
