  • Girard from USA asked:

Does the barrel get shorter when you unscrew and remove the mock compensator?

    • Jen-Yen from USA:

Yes. Inside the entire suppressor part, the metal rod only goes in 1/2.

  • banniesh from India asked:

    whats the shot range?

    • Jen-Yen from USA:

Talking about accuracy, less than 15 yards. Talking about just distance of shooting, over 15 yards.

  • Michael from USA asked:

Is any of it metal and is it blowback?

    • Jen-Yen from USA:

This model is full plastic...only the internal mechanical parts are metal. But because this mode is not with blowback, the air pressure is fully used to send out the BB.

    • Girard from USA:

OOPS... MY BAD, THE HAMMER IS NOT METAL! I ment to type The Trigger NOT The Hammer. The Trigger Is Metal! The Hammer is a fake plastic non functional non moving part of the plastic gun body.

    • Girard from USA:

NOT BLOWBACK, It's All Plastic Including The Fake/Mock Compensator Barrel Extension Cover Except For: The NON-REMOVABLE Extra Long .177cal Barrel, The Hammer, and The Magazine's are the only metal parts I see on the new one I just received yesterday delivered via UPS.

  • Don from USA asked:

Can I buy just the Magazine ?

  • akash from India asked:

    is it metal body

    • Girard from USA:

      NO! Plastic.

  • scott from USA asked:

can the Crosman tactical 1911-40005 shoot pellets

    • Cory from USA:

It is only designed to shoot bb's.

  • Guido from Italy asked:

Q:The barrel extension for increased velocity (it's inside the mock compensator) can be removed and so The Crosman Tactical 1911 CO2 BB Pistol Combo used without it?In this case(without the barrel extension)what would be the velocity of pistol?Thank you

    • Girard from USA:

I just received one of these yesterday delivered by UPS. NO The Velocity Will Not Change! The barrel extension mock compensator is really just a plastic barrel cover that unscrews from the body of the gun then you slide it off the barrel exposing the extra long .177 cal BB barrel that protrudes out of the body of the gun 4 to 5 inches which is NOT REMOVABLE, SO NO CHANCE IN VELOCITY, JUST APPEARANCE. It looks weird without the plastic fake compensator barrel cover screwed on over the 4 to 5 inches of protruding skinny extra long barrel.

    • Cory from USA:

It would not make a very large difference, most likely in the 50 fps range.
