It is air rifle a good fit for 12 yr junior shooter?
Hello, first time looking at this Rifle, looks attractive. Has anybody every tried to adjust the Power, as far as Hammer Spring? Is it adjustable?
Yes, though it is only adjustable to a point. Getting the parts to convert this to a 12 FPE or even 20ish FPE rifle may be available from Umarex/Walther USA.
Is the FT version of this rifle still in production / available or would I have to purchase this version and make modifications?
I haven't seen an FT version available anywhere in the US for quite some time. I didn't think it was still available. Your best bet would be to reach out to Walther USA and ask if they can special order it if they're still made.
Does this rifle have a dry fire option? The manual doesn't say how to dry fire and I don't see it listed as a feature in the description. Thanks in advance.
No, it does not
Im an adult, 30+, can i use this rifle for Olympic 10 meter target practice? or is this a kids rifle? also, is this valid for Olympic competition? (i know ill not be at the anschutz level but i want to start with something cheap.)
Sure. The adjust-ability of this rifle makes it usable for shooters of all shapes and sizes. It is definitely a more adult sizes rifle.
I would like to increase the power on this to use for field target, how is this done?
You would need to get the parts from Umarex USA, it requires a different regulator and hammer spring I believe. If Umarex does not have them, there may be a few places overseas that they can be obtained from.
Is anyone else having problems with the cylinder leaking air? The last two times shooting my cylinder was out of air after only 15-20 rounds fired.
Can Hammerli AR20 be dry fired for practice
Is there an adapter for a hand pump?
