  • Divya Jyot from USA asked:

Lever of my eagle claw is getting jammed. I am not able to close it as well. Please suggest, what could be the problem

    • Mark from USA:

It sounds like a pellet has gotten lodged in the cocking lever mechanism. We can repair the gun.

  • Divya Jyot from USA asked:

There is a round circular moving part on the left side of the rifle under the barrel. What is the purpose of that. Its not mentioned anywhere

    • Mark from USA:

The notched wheel is a power adjuster.

  • Jason from Canada asked:

Can you sell and ship this to customers in Canada?

    • Mark from USA:

No.We can not ship any airgun that shoots faster than 500 FPS to Canada.

  • Divya Jyot from USA asked:

How can a put a bipod in my eagle claw ?

  • Moss from USA asked:

Does the Seneca eagle claw have a chocked barrel?

    • Mark from USA:

      Yes.

  • Robert from USA asked:

which is louder the hasten bt65 QE .25 or the seneca eagle claw .25. is it back yard friendly ?

    • MaxStrokedShovelHead from USA:

I added 3 more baffles by cutting them short, so 3 was the same length as 1 original. And the spring allowed for it easily. Noticeably quieter...6 baffles now. And thats w/ a new longer hammer spring making 88fpe w/ 43.5g slugs. When i first put the longer hammer spring in it, my neighbor could hear it while riding his mower. Now he cant

    • MaxStrokedShovelHead from USA:

There are 3 spring loaded baffle cylindrical thingies that can be removed at the end of barrel, cleanable and give access to clean barrel much easier. Just unscrew the end cap and they come right out. Great design. Super easy. Mine is much more quiet than my Sumatra w/ a Donny FL Sumo LDC. Horse friendly.

    • Mark from USA:

The BT65 is somewhat more quiet than the Eagleclaw. There are no baffles in the Eagle Claw shroud. Yes it is backyard friendly.

  • Dale from USA asked:

How accurate are slugs in the eagle claw?

    • MaxStrokedShovelHead from USA:

Mine shoots .250" slugs nice. But each weight slug has its own speed it likes. .253" HS are too big. .249" slugs are too small. Shop around. Grizzlys are too small, they .248". It will shoot them at short range on 1/2 power. Matter of fact all the H&N stuff is too small. But will work at half power out to 40 yard. Can run Benji Domed and JSB and PolyMags wide open at any range. Just gotta find your rifles bell curve=put the work in

    • MaxStrokedShovelHead from USA:

Mine shoots NSA slugs very well out too a 100yrds. It liked the H&N 31g Grizzly too out to 50 yrd but i ran out before i could test them further

    • Mark from USA:

We have not tested slugs in the eagle Claw.

  • Ralph from USA asked:

Is the muzzle threaded for a silencer?

    • Mark from USA:

      The muzzle is threaded.

  • Ralph from USA asked:

Is the barrel muzzle threaded for added moderator?

    • Mark from USA:

      Yes

  • Garry from USA asked:

Is the magazine deep enough to use poly mags or ultra mags? How deep is the magazine? Asking about the .25 cal.

    • MaxStrokedShovelHead from USA:

It will accept all available ammo. Even 55g slugs.

    • Mark from USA:

The magazine is 13/4" thick. The interior space is 1 1/2 " for clearance.

  • Eric from USA asked:

Will this rifle except cast slugs? Is this rifle comparable to the sumatra as far as power and reliability? Thanks

    • MaxStrokedShovelHead from USA:

W/new hammer spring it loves the 43,5g NSA its .250" diameter...88fpe. But the .249" slugs diameter is too small. Hunter supply .253" is too big. All the NSA .250" work great now, 43g to 33g. The 55g were a bit heavy. 98fpe w/ Sumatra...88fpe w/ Eagle Claw. W/ new hammer spring the gas mileage goes down some but still not the air hog my Sumatra is. The diff between the 2 is like a 69 Hemi Cuda vs a 2020 Hemi Challenger . Eagle Claw is super sweet, smooth. Sacrifice of 10 fpe and worth it. Much more fun to shoot. Easy tuning. Hammer spring is super easy to play with.

    • MaxStrokedShovelHead from USA:

Like Mark said. My Sumatra can handle 55g slugs. My Eagle Claw is best w/ slugs at 33.5g and under. 43g slugs were a little too heavy when i tried them. I only had about 30 of the 29.5g NSA but it liked them too. Cant wait to try there 26g. NSA were spot on out to 100yrd, much less drop than a 33.9g JSB pellet at a 100yrd

    • Mark from USA:

Any slug over 30 gr will significantly reduce the velocity.

  • Matt from USA asked:

Does it come with some form of cap for the probe? Hope so.

    • MaxStrokedShovelHead from USA:

My Refurb Eagle Claw did not come w/ a cap. Came w/ a gun case though and no scratches

    • Val from USA:

No probe, as it's a quick disconnect port. Yes, the QD is closed with a cap.

  • Rebel from USA asked:

Why it's it so Expensive if it is not American made or have a long term warranty?

    • Val from USA:

Power - 70-90 ft/lbs repeater, lots of shots, Sumatra on steroids, so more money, I guess
