How can you site his in,the air pressure varies with every shot . As mine at 60yrs at3000# bulls eye at thriry yards will change arrow by three ft..you look at the boxin came with air speed and energy, I wish it had constant pressure instead changing with every shot.

    • Preston from USA asked:

Can you use board heads on these arrows?

      • harvey from USA:

    • David from USA asked:

I know the truglo tuff-lok quiver fits the air javelin rifle but what quiver will fit the pic rail on the airsaber rifle?

      • Keith from USA:

Air Venturi Arrow Bow Quiver, Black This Quiver works great. Have a great Air Gun day.

    • Mike from USA asked:

Air Sabre- Has anyone had to remove the end cap, its where the you insert the pump valve? Something is sliding up and down the tube when i raise or lower the gun. Customer support at Umarex said it unscrews but I've broken 2 tools and bent 2 others trying to unscrew it and it wont budge.

      • Randy from USA asked:

I would like to find a Breakdowns schematic on this gun. And is there a safe way to uncharged the air ? Where can I buy a spare full part , I can see it getting lost easy. Is any companies make an aftermarket parts for this gun yet. Like a end cap that Foster fitting is in the gun permit.

        • Gary from USA asked:

Arrows for the airsaber are way to tite and are hard to slide on to the barel, am I missing something does the gun need to be disassembled and the barel cleaned? Is this a normal issue ?

          • Keith from USA:

You need to add silcone grease on the opening at the end of the arrow after five or so shots. Have a great Air Gun day.

        • Justin from USA asked:

Why does my gauge read zero after unboxing? Is there something I have to do to release pressure to gauge? I thought it came pre charged.

          • Matthew from USA:

I just figured this one out on my own. Make sure the gun is cocked before you start to fill it with air. If you don't charge the weapon, the air will leak out of the tube the arrow slides onto and you can not get the pressure to rise. After you fill it, uncock the weapon before you try loading an arrow. Look at page 7 of the owners manual for more information. Page 5 goes into the details of charging the gun. 1. Don't have an arrow loaded. 2. make sure the gun is cocked (operate the bolt) 3. make sure the gun is on safe and pointed in the right direction. 4. Atttach the adapter to the pump. 5. Attach the pump and adapter to the air hole on the bottom of the lower tube at the end of the muzzle 6. pump 7. Stop pumping. 8. Relieve pressure before removing adapter from the gun or the tube. 9. Decock the gun.

        • Cecelia from USA asked:

I bought the Hatsen hand pump but cant get it to pump up the airsaber. Do I need some other type of fitting?

        • LEE from USA asked:

The airsaber itself is amazing. That being said the scope that comes with it is really lacking. Any suggestions on the best replacement scope?

          • steve from Canada asked:

I had an issue with my first Airsaber. I have 2. Air was escaping from barrel when charging. Followed all instructions including tips on this forum. The rifle was returned. The second rifle works great and love it. The new rifle I just received in exchanged for the defective one not holding air charged and at just over 2200 psi, but will not cock, and consequently will not fire. This is the third rifle ordered, with one working great, but another not holding air, and now one that will not cock. Filling rifles with Ninja 90 cu in 4500 psi EZ tank. I am new to PCP but have purchased 10 pcp rifles over the past year, and never had a problem with any. Any suggestions much appreciated. Mort

            • Gary from USA asked:

would this be too much for rabbit and pheasant hunting?

              • Jeffrey from USA asked:

Just received my AirSaber tonight. It came with no instructions or owners manual. Can I download them? Also, the center air tube is quite a bit off center. I'll try loosening the barrel bands to see it that works. If not, where do I return it to?

                • Mark from USA:

Umarex USA should have a copy of the Air saber manual for you. 479-646-4210. You should be able ti loosen and ceneter the barrell.

              • Michael from USA asked:

                • Tuna from USA:

                  Same question for AirSaber?

                • Mark from USA:

ThevTru-glo Tuff-logic lite weight compact composite quiver will fit the Airr Javelin'

              • Jeffrey from USA asked:

Airsaber leaking down about 300 psi in 24 hours new gun

                • Mark from USA:

The gun is defective. If you are within the 60 day return window you can return it. You can also get the gun serviced under warranty thru Umarex USA.

              • Bogdan from USA asked:

Any idea why the scope rings that come in the bundle wont tighten all the way onto the gun rail? I'm highly dissapointed.

                • richard from USA:

i just received this rifle and same thing its not the rings!!! the rail is way off size spec . too small. i have 4 other sets of rings none will clamp even close to snug.

                • Mark from USA:

                  Contact Umarex for replacement rings.

              • Chris from USA asked:

My air saber wont hold air. It leaks down the barrel. The bolt is cocked and open.

Your AirSaber needs service thru Umarex. 479-646-4210

              • Ray from USA asked:

Can anyone recommend a picatinny mount quiver for this gun? Every Internet reviewer has one mounted and every reviewer fails to mention the make/model of their quiver. I've tried buying two and neither aligns properly (front to back) and can't be modified to do so. Thanks in advance! Ray

                • richard from USA:

yea im pretty annoyed myself not a single dude says anything about that!! i need to get this mounted.

                • Steve from Canada:

My solution was simply using 2 scope ring mounts without the top section, You can screw the quiver right into the holes of the scope rings and mount the rings right onto the picatinny rail. That is what i did.. and my quiver looks sweet! I have not seen anyone else use this method.. but as they say.. necessity is the mother of invention!

              • Wild Bill from USA asked:

Answer for Bradley re: deer hunting in Pa. Per Umarex, not powerful enough for big game. No air guns are legal for big game in Pa, but think PGC is still looking at air powered archery guns for big game. Keep your fingers crossed. .

                • John from USA asked:

Stupid Question, I am new to Air guns and would like to know if you can you use a regular foot pump (that you would use to inflate a ball or bike tire)or say an air compressor you would use to fill a car tire to fill an air gun (specifically the AirSaber) or do you have to have one of the more high powered pumps or compressors.

                  • Mark from USA:

Your air source has to be capable of 3000 PSI at a minimum.

                • Bradley from USA asked:

Stupid question can you use it during archery season in Pennsylvania

                • Bill from USA asked:

                  Do They Come Lefthanded ?

                  • Mark from USA:

                    No. The stock is ambidextrous.

                • Minh from USA asked:

Is the AirSaber a .30 caliber size? In FL it says you need to use a .30 cal and up for deer and air bolts are legal.

                  • Mark from USA:

The statute means you can use either a 30 call pellet air gun or an airbolt shooting air gun. The AirSaber is legal. Use a fixed broadhead on the bolts.

                • David from USA asked:

I have destroyed two of the three arrows that came with my rifle. The insert and field point blew right off the end at discharge, causing predictably poor flight characteristics. I have more arrows on order from Pyramyd Air. Will these be more durable then the ones that came with the rifle?

                  • David from USA:

Turns out that Umarex did make some modifications to the new bolts they are shipping. Much stronger where the points attach to the shafts.

                  • David from USA:

I reached out to UmarexUSA a couple days ago. Hoping that they answer my inquiry. How has customer service been with this company? This is my first Umarex rifle.

                  • Mark from USA:

We have very little experience with the AirSaber. Contact Umarex about the bolt failures.

                • Ronald from USA asked:

Will the Benjamin High Pressure Hand Pump Model HPP2KU come with the correct fitting for the air saber?

                  • Mark from USA:

                    Yes

                • Ronald from USA asked:

My air reservoir port holes are vertical instead of horizontal, as all pictures and videos show. I think the quick fill probe would be too long to try to insert this way.

                  • Mark from USA:

You only insert the fill probe far enough to get both of the o-rings centered in the fill hole. Do not bottom out the fill probe.

                • Reno from USA asked:

The air saber i just received has the air tube that you load the arrow over pointing off to the side when an arrow is loaded it becomes straight should the air tube be straight with out an arrow loaded ?? it seems rather flexible not rigid Is this a problem or the way its made Nothing in the manual describes any of this Thanks Bill P

                  • Mark from USA:

Try loosening the barrel bands. Realign the air tube - spigot barrel and retighten. If this does not work return the gun.

                • Stephen from USA asked:

This gun is listed at "5" for noise level. How loud is that in decibels? Why is this gun so loud? The Benjamin Air Bow is only rated at "1". I'm interested in this weapon but not if it is as loud as a rimfire. I'll just get a crossbow if it is that loud.

                  • richard from USA:

power comes with noise. there is no way to suppress this. more pressure will be louder

                  • Mark from USA:

A 5 rating is comparable to a 22 LR being shot. Umarex did not try to keep the firing report down in their design.

                • Anthony from USA asked:

how much are the replacement arrows

                  • Mark from USA:

We do not have extra arrows available at this time.

                • joseph from USA asked:

                  Are additional arrows available?

                  • Mark from USA:

Not at this time. They will be offered in the future.

                • Aj from Canada asked:

What size air tank do I need to buy for this archery rifle

                  • Mark from USA:

Any air tank from 100 cu in to 98 cu ft will do. The larger the tank the more fills of the gun you will get.

                • Joshua from USA asked:

Does it come with a pump to fill it?

                  • Mark from USA:

                    No

                • David from USA asked:

Can this gun be charged by an air compressor that achieves 135psi? Or, is there a specific pump that needs to be purchased?

                  • Mark from USA:

You need an air source that produces 3000-4500 psi to fill most airguns.

                • John from USA asked:

What is PSI loss per shot.

                  • Mark from USA:

Right around 100 Psi per shot.

                • John from USA asked:

What is accuracy at 50-75 yards.

                  • Mark from USA:

There has not been time to test and review the Airsaber. It will be tested in the near future.

                • Chad from USA asked:

Will this shoot pellets as well or just arrows? What size caliber are the arrows?

                  • Chad from USA:

So besides being special to this gun, what size is the bore? Approximate 40 cal? .45 cal?

                  • Mark from USA:

The Airsabser only shoots arrows. The arrows are very close to normal bow arrows. They will have a bore seal on the base.

                • deerflyguy from USA asked:

What is the I.D. of the hollow carbon fiber bolts that slip over the barrel of this air bow? I'm wondering if the .300" I.D. bolts that fit FX air bows are interchangeable with this Umarex product? I understand that the FX takes 20" crossbow bolts while the Umarex uses 22" crossbow bolts. I'm not sure if the length matters, however, the I.D. is a critical feature that must fit correctly over the barrel? I have found that many commonly sold 20" crossbow bolts will not slide over the barrels of FX products and assume that such will be true of 22" crossbow bolts that slip over the barrel of this Umarex air bow as well?

                  • Mark from USA:

The bolts are made for the gun. The bolt tube is thicker than standard crossbow bolts. Regular bolts will not stand up to the compressed air push, and higher speeds.

                  • Mark from USA:

The bolts will be proprietary. Fitted and made for the gun specifically. The shafts are thicker than other bolts. The high pressure air would destroy normal ones.

                • james from USA asked:

where do you get more arrows or bolts ?

                • Edward from USA asked:

Can this be adapted for arrows to use in fishing.

                  • Mark from USA:

The bolts are made specifically for the gun. You may be able to adapt the bolts for fishing.

                  • Mark from USA:

                • Tom from USA asked:

What hand pump is suggested to use with the air saber and what additional adapters will be needed to fill it?

                  • Mark from USA:

Any handpump will fill the gun. The Hill MkIV is the best handpump we carry.

                • Louis from USA asked:

Ok, nice gun/arrow shooter. Question, where the heck is this even legal to use hunting? What states? Has Umarex even reached out to any fish and game agencies to either find out or perhaps lobby for a hunting application?? Until we find out, I think I will save my pennies.

                  • lonnie from USA:

Alabama has approved air powered arrow shooting rifles for Deer, Wild Hog and Turkey for the 2020-2021 hunting season.

                  • Mark from USA:

We have a airgun hunting page : https://www.pyramydair.com/airgun-map/. You may hyave to contact your state dept of natural resources for info.

                • Marc from USA asked:

This gun is listed as loud. Is it possible to attach a moderator or silencer on the barrel? I also didnt see a threaded barrel.

                  • Chad from USA:

Define loud a bit more please? Its a PCP firing am arrow. It would seem to me it would be close to the noise firing a compound bow??? Or will this be closer to shooting a 30-06 noise level. Sorry, trying to gage If it will be useable in the woods in my backyard or not. Thank you

                  • Mark from USA:

                    No moderator can be attached.

                • John from USA asked:

                  Air tank setup suggestions ??

                  • Mark from USA:

To fill to maximum pressure you wound need a CF tank or handpump. 4000 PSI .
