Does the slide lock back after last round in the mag? Thanks.
any issues with a slide bite on this glock?
Does the grip have the opening under the grip and behind the mag well that accepts a skeleton stock as the firearm does? If so, it should also have a small hole just above the bottom of the back of the grip for the spring loaded keeper stud in the stock.
why is there such a huge weight difference between this one and the other glock 17 kit?
Is this CO2 .177 BB version compatible with the green gas magazines?
So long as the green gas mags are chambered in .177 (4.5mm) and not 6mm
im new to this so idk terms but does blow back mean the slide can cock back or no ?
I read this described as partial blow back instead of full blow back and I dont understand what that means.
That means the slide does not blowback as far as the real firearm would. This also means (in the case of this gun and most half blowback replicas) that the trigger has a much longer reset than the firearm, or a full blowback gun would have. That's because the trigger has to be let almost all the way out to cycle to the next round. The Gen4 version that will be available later this year is a full blow back model, will cost more, but will be much more realistic.
Does the 177. Air gun work with plastic bbs or just metal
This is a steel BB gun. They make airsoft versions if that is what you are looking for
Can this pistol be field stripped?
are xtra magazines available ? still waiting for an answer im not ordering till I get an response its an easy question yes or no
Is this product sold in a clam shell or a box?
Plastic Clam Shell...A box would have been nice but not happening!
Sadly not in a nice box like a firearm or an SLR camera. Yes it arrives in the dreaded cam shell razor sharp plastic device. Although the gun is beautiful and well made just poorly packed. I got mine on 1/16/19 and it was in a clam shell.
Wondering why the U.S. version is different from the European version. The EU version is more authentic with all the correct etchings ie.9x19 on the left slide. Also does not have that annoying push button trigger safety but rather a discriminant safety on the bottom of the front frame and comes in a nice box. I bought the G19 however probably won't buy another unless changes are made to the U.S. version.
it would be nice to see a g18 select fire as the high end glock
Thank you. I understand laws are different, however The MP40 has an underframe safety, and packaging should just be a product decision. EU requirements have I have understood are more restrictive than U.S., however in this case they get a far more authentic product. I look forward to the future offerings.
A few things: 1) the laws and requirements for airguns in the US are very different Europe. 2) From my understanding, Umarex intends to have 3 different versions of Glock offerings as an entry level, mid level and high end. This would fall in the mid level price range. I know this is already being done with airsoft, but the steel BB versions are coming out more slowly, so we will have to wait and see what they announce and show at SHOT show and IWA in the coming months.
Does this one take the same magazine as the non-blowback model that came out last year? Will it really fit holsters made for the firearm version. The other one mostly will not.
No, not the same mag. Yes, it really fits in the same holsters. The G19 non blowback dimensions are slightly off from a real G19. This G17 should be spot on with the real steel dimensions.
Is this new co2 Glock bb airgun full blowback?
More of a half blowback, but some blowback is better than no blowback
Does this one tear down like the Airsoft one
