Things I liked:

Extremely bright, crisp, great clarity. I love the glass etched mil-dot reticle, like how fine it is. Ive owned and looked through scopes that cost 3 times as much and didnt have the clarity, brightness that this scope had.The finer crosshair allows better accuracy. This scope allows alot of light in and in low light it is phenomenal. The sunshade that it came with works perfect at blocking glare into the scope and eliminates the flash of reflection off the objective lense that can give away your position and spook game. Mine came with my realtree bulldog kit and im pretty content with it. The 1st one that came with the gun though was all scratched up and front eyeshade threads were all mashed. They ship the sunshade straddling over/around the scope too and the only thing seperating it from scope is a thin piece of plastic, so with any force, damage will surely occur. The scope and sunshade should be shipped with sunshade screwed on or better seperated from possibly damaging scope

Things I would have changed:

Sometimes I wish this scope had illumination. I recieved this scope as part of the Benjamin bulldog realtree combo. I stated above , the first scope arrived all scratched, paint chipped off, threads at objective end for sunshade were all mashed up. I believe this is a result of how they ship the scope with the big sunshade around the eyepiece and magnification adjustment ring, as only a thin film of plastic seperated them. I belive some better packaging should seperate them. The scopes turrets seem pretty tight, and im hoping with use that they will break in and become easier to adjust. Id like to add a sidewheel to the side parralax turret to aid in finer and easier adjustment. I havent seen a large sidewheel or any add on sidewheel for this scope offered from centerpoint/crossman but im thinking maybee another make like utg could be added with little to no modification of the sidewheel. Other than the couple minor things, this seems to be a great scope for the $ and rings are ok.

What others should know:

Its a pretty good scope, bright, clear, allows alot of light in, great in low light. Glass etched reticle is beautiful, fine.Tool-less Resettable turrets are great, just a little tight and will most likely loosen up with time. The big and full sunshade is perfect for scopes with this size objective lens. Ive got UTG scopes that have built in tapered sunshades and they work on the smaller objectives 44 and lower but it seems anything bigger and the built in sunshades arent enough. So for Centerpoint/crosman to include this big sunshade is awesome and a def. plus. The rings are good and pretty solid. The S.W.A.T. Or a.k.a. Side Wheel Adjustable Turret controlled parralax is soo much better than a front mounted one. The ability to not have to take your eye off the target and with the addition of a larger sidewheel, you can adjust the parralax with 1 thumb. For the money, you wont find another scope with this clarity, brightness, durability, and features at this price. I def. reccomend it

Things I liked:

Bright ! Also like the thin cross hair and extra mil dots(6). Wasn't sure at first if they could be seen in poor light or against dark background, but doesn't appear to be a problem. At low powers this thing can Really see in Very dim light ! I like the side parallax adj. versa the front found on some. The 1/4 moa is nice and the reset seems accurate

Things I would have changed:

Needs better glass or coatings. Against paper targets and in certain lightings there is LOTS of CA. That is where the scope can't focus on the colors at same time. You are left with a rainbow effect. Kinda like a 3D movie or funny book effect. I've gotten used to it when it happens and doesn't seem to effect accuracy as such??

What others should know:

BIG scope! You might not like the "fine" cross hair. All controls are stiff.

  • Giosue from USA asked:

Is there any downloadable PDF manual? I have checked Crosman (and google) and no joy. The reason I ask is that since this is supposed to be mil rad I need to know the power level that is required to achieve proper Mil division. This is usually full power but so far the math is not working out. Mine did not have a manual for some reason.
