Things I liked:

very well made scope, crystal clear optics, windage and elevation knobs have positive clicks.i love the locking rings.the mildot crosshair is fine enough that it does not cover very small targets.i like the lighted crosshair it works very good ,and it comes with nice heavy duty rings. this scope has been on my hatsan model 125 vortex 25 cal. for 2850 shots . I have had no problems at all.this is a great scope I will buy another one for my next air rifle.

Things I would have changed:

nothing at all.

What others should know:

this scope is heavy, but it can take a lot of recoil and has held up great for me on my hatsan 125 vortex.

Things I liked:

real glass

Things I would have changed:

size, and make the packaging more shipping safe/friendly

What others should know:

Not sure if mine was dropped (a few times) in the shipping process? This is a large and bulky scope for its magnification. I didn't get any consistent accuracy from this scope, over an inch off between shoots. The packaging looks beautiful yet doesn't keep the scope stable and cushioned enough. P/A gladly allowed me to return it and exchange for different scope. That is why I use P/A for all my air gun purchases'.

    Things I liked:

Etched glass reticle, illumination, durability, quality, ease of use, and lifetime warranty. The price from Pyramyd Air was the best around too.

    Things I would have changed:

    So far, nothing.

    What others should know:

I mounted this scope on my .22 cal Ruger Air Magnum. It only took a few rounds to sight it in for the 18.52 grain Baracuda Hunter Extreme pellets. I have only put about 150 pellets through my rifle since I zeroed it in for 25 yards. So far it has held zero well, using the enclosed mounts. Some people say it is a big scope, I personally think it looks nice on top of my magnum springer. I have not used the illumination in a shooting situation, because I haven't had a need yet, however the etched reticle looks really nice illuminated.

    Things I liked:

The only scope so far that I can mount directly on the rail and handle the recoil on my Gamo Swarm Magnum G2 .22 cal without breaking after a few hundred shots.

    Things I would have changed:

A 6-24x50 SWAT version will be awesome.

    Verified Purchase

    Things I liked:

Quality, the etched glass reticle, size, clarity, durability. Love the fact that I can use it as a hammer. Just kidding :-)

    Things I would have changed:

Make it a little lighter, maybe?

    What others should know:

The etched glass reticle looks so thin and nice, scope is dead on, well could I use more magnification than x12? yeah but at a much higher weight and size so 12 is great. not sure why Pyramyd does not have an accurate reticle picture but this reticle is thin and has half stops unlike the reticles made of wire, they are much thicker. This scope is a winner and with lifetime warranty it'll be a lifetime of fun. I have the equivalent scope with the wire reticle and that one is 5 times thicker. Hope this helps,

    Things I liked:

The next best scope I have to compare it to is the UTG 3-9x40ao True Hunter $108. Wow is this a step up. I will never buy another scope without etched reticle and side focus. The illumination on the cheaper one is uneven, has glare off the inside of the tube, just super cheesy after seeing this scope. When you hit the illumination, ONLY the etched part of the reticle lights up perfectly evenly, no distractions. My main concern is being able to get in focus at very close distances. The 3-9x40 excels at that. This is tolerable and you can definitely get a "good enough" focus at well under 10 yards. There is a compact version, I'd love to try it to see what differences there are. There is nothing else like this at anything close to this price? Loved it so much on my Flash, I bought a second one when I got a wood Flash! Since with the Flash you need "high" rings to get over the absurdly tall magazine, I'd kill to buy this in 50mm or probably even 56mm would fit on the Flash.

    Things I would have changed:

The side wheel attaches with two screws through a rubber layer! Why not three screws, what engineer doesn't understand triangle vs balancing something with sideways force on two tiny set screws with rubber between? In other words, the aftermarket wheel is a tiny bit wobbly no matter how much you dare tighten it which it shouldn't be a very high torque value if you were just setting three set screws against the metal knob. I assume the issue is cosmetic damage of the knob? It just irks me because the wheel is pretty much required. It would be rock solid if 3 screws!

    What others should know:

I have very little experience with scopes, but did a ton of research. This is a really hard to beat scope at this price that can still be focused for closer distances. PLEASE tell me what else is as good as this if I was willing to spend $80 more. For the 36 colors feature in general: Playing with all the colors is a fun novelty. There actually were a couple colors I found that I liked better than the reds/greens. I found a sort of pale blue and a purple that were subtle to me, not distracting. Note that you can adjust the brightness of the red/green to be about perfect in any case, but you can't adjust the brightness of the custom colors. Also you're gonna need to look at their chart of custom color array. It's not super obvious what you're cycling through with either of the buttons if you just grab it and start pressing.

another case of quality exceeds price , very clear , well made , awesome lock nuts , everything about this scope feels high end , the colors are fun to mess around with ( lime green ) looks fantastic against targets . for the hardcore scopers the mill dots are spot on . at 40+ yrds groups smaller than a dime , consistently . buy this scope , you not regret it !!!

    Things I would have changed:

the packaging it comes in , kind of on the cheezee side . well packaged for delivery . thank you PA !!

    Things I liked:

Great overall value for the quality. Extremely easy to use and very accurate out-of-the-box to 30+ yards! Love the Etched-glass mil-dot reticle (36-color illumination-enhancing) features. As an added bonus it includes the Includes two CR2032 batteries and flip-open lens caps! Really enjoy the: EZ-TAP Illumination Enhancing (IE) technology w/RGB (red-green-black*) reticle in dual-color mode and 36 colors in multi-color mode, Zero lock/reset target turrets and the Integral sunshade (angled objective). Works great on the various Air Arms S510 models.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing!

    What others should know:

When using on the Air Arms S510 models, you will not be able to use the included rings, you'll need to also order: Leapers 30mm Rings, High, 3/8" Dovetails.

    Things I liked:

Very clear optic I've had it on my TX200 in .22 cal since day one that's over 6 months now and I'm amazed how well this scope has hold and keeps zero like a champ! The parallax works incredibly well best way to range quickly. The light switch rubber part did fall of once but got it back in place overall its and amazing scope cant go wrong with it at all!

    Things I would have changed:

More eye relief maybe and the light switch a bit more durable but hardly use it.

    What others should know:

This Scope is amazing! For any type of shooting works amazing! You won't regret it!

    Things I liked:

Good quality for the money, hence a good value. I like that this is a fairly full featured scope and is very solid, and the optics are very clear. The side parallax adjustment is very nice. I focused the parallax knob while studying my target at 25 yards, then looked at the wheel -- it read "25." Very nice. This may not be a good way to estimate yardage compared to mil dot / target size estimation, but it's nice to see it correspond like that.

    Things I would have changed:

The eye relief has a very short range of 3 to 3.3 inches. Anything outside of this results in vignetting around the edges (the dark ring). This happens to some degree with all optics, but a little wider range would be nice.. I think the reticle could be improved. I'd rather see one with both elevation and windage, a bit like the Leupold 3X Varmint Reticle.

Clear, nice looking on the gun scope and very good sight picture when looking through the scope.

    Things I would have changed:

Weight. A little on the heavy side.

    What others should know:

I have run thousands of shots threw a spring with this scope on it and it is still holding zero.

love this thing!! i am using this scope on my benjamin armada .22 cal .it's sighted in at 25 yards but hits bullseye at 40 yards no adjustment no mill dot

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    What others should know:

i put this on a brand new gun (armada) i took a lot of shots sighting it in .i call it break in time which i don't mind.set it where you want it and leave it alone.

    Things I liked:

Form factor, feels solid and well built. Turrets have satisfying clicks, lots of adjustability, sighted in with ease. Mounts are solid and flip caps feel sturdy enough. Clear picture, sharp reticle that does seem to float, very satisfied, no issues shooting groups on Benjamin Trail NP2.

    Things I would have changed:

Battery compartment. I had issues getting the illumination to work and thought at first my scope was defective till I realized it would only turn on with the battery lid in a paticular position with the logo off center. I had the battery in the correct way, did not over tighten, put it did take several attempts to seem to seat the battery properly for the scope to work. It works flawlessly now and while the illumination is a novelty, its fun to toy around with.

    What others should know:

Quality purchase, definitely recommend. It is indeed heavy but feature full and best at this price point.

    Things I liked:

Nice bright sight picture. Robust scope can take the recoil of my TX200. Mildot reticle is thinner than the wire reticle on the less expensive 3-12X44mm Leapers scope. Turret lock screws keep the scope zeroed.

    Things I would have changed:

A bit heavy, but that's the price for robustness.

    What others should know:

This scope is perfect for hunting, and Hunter Field Target. By the side focus wheel: I bought the 100 mm side wheel that works well for estimating distance to target out to 40 yard (+/- 3 yards).
