Things I liked:

I actually bought my 1377 stock. Pistol only and it was pretty good right out of the box. But the modding big got me... I felt this gun had the potential to be deadly accurate. So I added the stock, then came the piccatinny add on with a red dot sight. Everything was getting pelted. I then added the steel breech and that was a nice upgrade. Added some weight and added rigidity to the barrel. With the steel breech I invested in a center point 3-9x42 red/greed illuminated scope and I am hitting absolutely everything I point at dead on. Changed the hammer spring for a stronger one. I Love this air gun. Shoot premiers out of it practically every day. Next comes the 24 inch barrel and eventually I'll finish this with a flat piston valve.

Things I would have changed:

Not a thing really.. This gun is dope right out of the box. But if you want more accuracy than it already offers, add a red dot or scope and you're set.

What others should know:

Get it.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy is amazing. Actually surpasses even my high standards (I expect dime size groups at 10 meters). I purchased the steel breech at the same time, but gave this a try out in stock (plastic breech) form. Yes it shoots better than my abilities at 10 meters straight out of the box. This pistol is not pellet fussy. Carbine stock is robust and does not flex, and I actually like shooting with it. Indoors at 10 meters it only requires 3 pumps to get where it needs to go. Sights are usable, and I actually liked the peep sight (despite have 56 year old eyes). Pistol is quite enough for my basement indoor range. SO many mods available for this pistol, that it could become one of the most expensive guns you own.

    Things I would have changed:

Plastic breech limits sight options. Trigger is a real let down. I modified mine right away (plenty of videos telling how to compress the spring) This actually makes the trigger 100 times better. My pump cup was DRY DRY DRY. I have put no less than 15 drops of oil on it to get rid of the squeak. I would add a couple drops of Pellgun oil, pump and shoot 25 rounds and the cup and wiper where DRY. Finally after several 100's of shots it is staying lubed and the squeak is gone. Crosman should really lube these from the factory (the bold probe was well lubed). Steel breech kit is not cut and dry to install. Took me 45 minutes to complete properly and get everything working.

    What others should know:

I have 3 PCP pistols, 2 PCP rifles, 2 single stroke pneumatics, 2 non working and 1 working multi pump rifles, and a break barrel air rifle. I have to say this is so much fun to shoot. All I need is a target and a tin of pellets and I am good for the day. I have a red dot installed right now, but this pistol has the accuracy to warrant a scope and will get one soon. The steel breech make loading the pellets a challenge as the pellets get hung up in the breech screw hole (lots of solutions for this are available online). A little trigger work pays off with large dividends. If your looking for a cheap do all pistol (plinking, target, and close range pesting) then this will tick the boxes. Even if you don't think you will use the stock, get it. They are $16 when bought in the kit, and at least $20 when bought separately. Heck you can resell it for a gain if you don't like it.

    Things I liked:

I have 5 different pellet guns including a 45 year old 1377 that still gets used weekly. I have to say this line of products is astoundingly strong, simple in design and a great value. The first two pellets shot from this new 1377 dispatched a rabbit feeding on my landscaping. I have to say, that is the best form of review for any pellet gun. Since that debut, 4 squirrels and 5 more rabbits have taken their leave of this earth; all with the least expensive pellet gun I own and shot just as it arrived from the seller. Unbelievable.

    Things I would have changed:

I would change any restrictive law that bans shoulder stocks for pistols because how in the world could better accuracy be a bad thing?

    What others should know:

This 1377 is very lightweight, very accurate, very simple. Even without the should stock it shoots extremely well and because it is so affordable it ought to be in every pellet gun owners collection and used, often. I have shot 6 different pellet styles through this gun and they all work beautifully.

This small rifle stock is the perfect addition for plinking, target or vermin. If the pigeons show up, why not!!! They're filthy, diseased.

    Things I liked:

I am very happy with my new 1377. Some of the changes that Crosman made since the last 1322 I got are very nice. The better barrel band, stiffer stock piston, better fore-stock/pump arm, the better pistol grips, all make this an even better gun than it used to be in my view. The black bolt is also a nice touch, much nicer than the old brass with this gun, and fits the plastic breach better. I purchased it with the 1399 stock, as I shoot all of my 1322's and this 1377 mostly as short rifles/carbines (my first adult air gun was a Crosman 2289). The 1377 is noticeably more accurate than any of my 1322's have been out of box, and that is very accurate. The only Air Guns that I am likely to have multiple of and keep are the Crosman 1322/1377, Crosman Legacy 1000, Crosman 2240, and Daisy 953, with the Crosman 1322/1377 holding top place for a few reasons :) .

    Things I would have changed:

For what it is not a thing. If you do not know this gun, and its possibilities, I would guess you have lived under a rock on the moon for the last 40 years.

    What others should know:

The 1377 is a great platform, one of the best values in air gunning. It is important to keep up with oiling the pump cup, as well as keeping the pivot points oiled, and the O-Ring on the bolt needs some oil to keep it sealing well. The 1377 is powerful for a pistol, at 5 pumps it will blow through an empty steel soup can at 10 meters, at 7 pumps it will go though a 1 gallon milk jug filled with water at 10 meters with a little energy left over, and at 10 pumps it will go through a 1 gallon milk jug of water and a half gallon milk jug of water at 20 meters with energy to spare.

Easy to handle, the metal breech kit makes it much better. The shoulder stock makes a huge difference when shooting longer rang, and is easy to add/remove. I find the accuracy to be pretty doggone good for this lower-priced pistol.

Small and easy to carry around. Not as cumbersome as a rifle. Looks awkward to shoot, but it's actually very comfortable to use.

    Things I would have changed:

It's a good design for what it is. Wouldn't change anything.

    What others should know:

In rifle form, the rear sights might be too close to the eye to effectively use them. Mounting a small light, inexpensive scope will make aiming much more effective. Aiming with such a short gun is a little more difficult then aiming with a full size rifle.

When I started to order I wanted gun but not stock. Changed my mind and cancelled gun from my order and ordered both together as one item. When finalizing my order it showed the stock by itself and listed it as free. I deleted it not wanting two stocks so when my order came ........ no stock. I had ordered the item with both and paid for both but when I called they said I needed to be more careful but they would send the stock at no cost to me. Well duh, I paid for it. Little confusing if you ask me. Guess I should know not to ever decline something listed as "free". Live and learn. Otherwise the whole deal was good.

Like the new style grips, the variable power through the amount of pumps five is plenty in my garage in my home made pellet trap.

    Things I would have changed:

The sights, especially the front seams to be a little warped had to adjust the rear sight all the way to the left To center the shots

    What others should know:

Even though the gun isn't perfect it adds to the challenge of and the fun. For the price it's hard to beat.

    Things I liked:

I think the 1322 is the perfect airgun! I fell in love with my 1st variant 1322 medalist and this summer seemed like a good time to invest in a new version to give the old one a rest. I like the power. I like the grips. I like the black bolt and I love attaching my 1399 shoulder stock, 459MT intermounts & Walther Competition II green dot sight, or a CenterPoint 4x32mm scope. I have a decent collection of a variety of .22cal. Airgun ammo and recently I have been enjoying shooting Crosman 16.7grain Penetrators as well as 1 gram Gamo lead round balls! Both add to the experience of operating the P1322 !!

    Things I would have changed:

It's not convenient for some of us to do upgrades and I would like to see a metal breach version with a 10" rifled barrel. I know there are alot of airgunners who wouldn't mind paying a few more dollars for a carbine version with metal breach.

    What others should know:

Right out of the package use Pellgun oil on the pump cup and maybe the other lube points pointed out in the manual. Pump cup definitely and a bit on the bolt "O" ring.

Value value value! I picked mine up last year for a special "open box" price to deal with raccoon's getting into koi pond....I didn't realize how much fun it was going to be!!!

    Things I would have changed:

Actually I hope that Crosman will some day make this gun "customizable" like the do for the 2300KT. Things like trigger pads, engraving, grips, barrel options and sights. This gun is certainly worth any upgrades just based on outstanding quality out-of-the-box and the extremely low initial cost to purchase one.

    What others should know:

I've already changed to the steel breach and LPA rear sight. That alone netted an average increase of 11 fps (10 rounds Crossman premium grade wadcutters, measured on F1 chrony) from reducing the leakage around the transfer bushing. It also made the gun feel even more solid since there was significantly less barrel sway. I intend to replace the valve and piston and add the adjustable trigger in the near future to increase the FPS, reduce the number of pumps needed to achieve consistent 600fps shots and get a more consistent trigger feel. Bottom line is this gun is absolute blast to shoot!...pun intended. There isn't anything out there that will beat the value!
