Things I liked: Great feel in an air rifle you'd think you had a real deer rifle in your hands. Once you get it sighted in you can bet on bringing squirrel or rabbit home for dinner. The wife won't go hungry.

Things I would have changed: Upgrade the Scope it's ok but something with better optics is always nice.

What others should know: Great shooting rifle no issues.

Things I liked: The Gamo Bone Collector Hunter IGT CAT rifle has it all. Period. Accuracy, reliability, and beauty come together in one elegant package. The beautifully finished beech stock is only the icing on the cake. Noise suppression is built into the barrel, and the noise level is under 100db. Under its hood, this Gamo is lean and svelte, coming in at a hair below 7 pounds. This means you can carry it all day long in the woods, use it as a plinker, or have fun with it in the backyard. It's friendly! 800 fps with alloy pellets is all you need with the .22 version of this rifle,( which I prefer,) and its knockdown power on small game and metal targets is considerable out to 30 yards. The trigger on this Bone Collector Hunter breaks cleanly at (about?) 3.2 pounds. I don't have a pull gauge, but that's what my educated trigger finger tells me. Finally, its 3X9X40 AO scope, one piece mount, and recoil reducing rail make it very easy for you to do your part. Gamo rifles always do theirs!

Things I would have changed: If I were to change anything on this excellent setup, it might be to change out the scope rings. Sometimes, I have had trouble with Gamo rings not holding up under recoil, but that doesn't happen often and is a minor consideration when you consider the quality package you are getting. Buy this package. Yo!u won't regret doing so!

What others should know: I've used Gamo products for over 15 years. Although I have owned airguns from other manufacturers, they have often let me down by failing to function due to leaky gas pistons or terrible bundled scopes. Gamo air rifles haven't done that yet, and I don't expect them to.
