Things I liked:

Because most CO2 BB pistols are black metal or polymer plastic, this SA 92 stainless steel pistol is a unique version that I just had to add to my collection. The surface finish of the stainless steel is excellent. The lettering is engraved in the steel, not painted on. Although the traditional safety warnings on airguns don't bother me, I admit to liking this pistol even more because the safety warnings are not there. Although the point of impact is a few inches lower than the point of aim at 18 feet distance to target, this SA 92 produced some very good 10 shot groups. My bench rested 10 shot groups at 18 feet for most BBs were about 1" to 1 1/2" in size. Smart Shot copper plated lead BBs produced the smallest 10 shot group at about 15/16". Although the grips are plastic, they have an attractive faux wood appearance.

Things I would have changed:

Like the black Swiss Arms P92, this SA 92 stainless pistol has only white dot on the rear sight below the notch and no white dot on the front sight. I prefer the three white dot (1 front, 2 rear) sight configuration that is found on the similar Umarex Beretta M92A1 pistol.

What others should know:

At 18 feet distance to target, I had to aim 3" high for steel BBs and 4" high for Smart Shot. BBs tested by shooting 10 shot groups from a bench rested position at 18 feet distance to target: Umarex Steel (1 1/4", 7 shots), Copperhead (1 3/8"), Hornady Black Diamond (1 1/8"), Marksman (1 1/8"), Cybergun/Swiss Arms (1"), Smart Shot (15/16"), Daisy Premium (1 5/8"), and Daisy Avanti (1 1/8"). The Umarex Steel group is only 7 shots because the first three were 3" to 4" low. Total shot counts: Swiss Arms CO2 (79) and Umarex CO2 (62). I'm not sure why the shot counts were so different. The SA 92 comes in a cardboard box that includes the pistol, a hex wrench, BBs, and a threaded adapter for a faux suppressor if and/or when one becomes available. The end of the barrel is threaded so that the adapter can be screwed into the end of the barrel. A faux suppressor would be screwed onto the exposed end of the adapter.

Things I liked:

I'm sure I would have liked something about this pistol, but at this writing, I've not received it.

Things I would have changed:

Maybe use UPS as your carrier, because Fed-Ex is not up to handling the small task of delivering one item to my address!

What others should know:

Pyramid Air is my number one source for airguns and accessories... it's not the fault of P.A. if you don't receive your purchase, I blame the "carrier" for the issue. I have purchased dozens of products from P.A., and have spent thousands of dollars with them, and will continue to do business with them. Just keep a close eye on the tracking & whereabouts of your valued purchase. Pyramyd Air has been great about handling this issue with me, and for that... I thank You!

    Things I liked:

The SA92 is a good looking pistol. The weight is good and shoots good. The grips are not the best but work.

    Things I would have changed:

The magazine and loading are in need of some work.

    What others should know:

Make sure you put some silicone on the rails helps run smoother

    Things I liked:

I really like this replica of the 92. The accuracy with the sights as it comes are not anywhere near what they should be for what this pistol is capable of. With a laser sight it becomes a five star Pistol. I like the finish on this pistol, ware will not be so obvious. The trigger is light and consistent in both single and double action.

    Things I would have changed:

Sights that work with this pistol. Better magazines.

    What others should know:

Takes a little time to break in. Lube rails this helps. The magazine is a problem loading many others have said the same. They should have changed the design years ago and would have sold many more of these.

    Things I liked:

Build quality, realistic weight, and an excellent practice weapon especially if you also have a 9mm real steel M92 type pistol.

    Things I would have changed:

Real wood grips would be nice, although these synthetic 'wood' are attractive. But you gotta love the feel of real wood grips. Maybe more models will offer a wood grip ootion?

    What others should know:

Owning any replica copy of a favorite handgun is an extremely helpful way to do our part in easing the high demand with the powder burning ammo. But still enjoy shooting on a regular basis in your own home with CO2 powered pistols.

Love the color and how nice it shoots.

    Things I would have changed:

I want to change the grips to wood grips. The pistol seems a bit heaver that the real pistol, mind you I have not shot the real one in over a year.

    What others should know:

This is a fun air pistol and I am happy I added it to my collection.

    Things I liked:

Nice overall quality as a replica. Loved the color combination. Weight and feel are very nice. Performance is great.

    Things I would have changed:

The spring is weak, blowback is not responsive. Change the spring to enhance the blowback action. Magazine to match gun color will score higher point.

    Things I liked:

This is a good looking QUALITY GUN. It is made from solid materials. If fires well with a crisp blowback plus it looks quite nice.

    Things I would have changed:

If Im honest Id polish the shiny bits. The finish on that part is quite rough. A little polishing would go a LONG way to really making those bits pop!

    Things I liked:

All metal construction. Affordable 92 and nice replica.

    Things I would have changed:

Magazine BB spring tension pin should not have play that allows BBs to get jammed underneath pin. I had to take the spring mechanism apart to free the BB. Load only 18 BBs not 21 max as mentioned in the manual and make sure the slide clears the BB loading opening to avoid a jam.

    What others should know:

The safety is very hard to engage/disengage. A bit tricky but I got it to work by racking it. Shoots low. At 3m need to aim at #6 12 o'clock on the 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" Air Venturi paper target. Rapid fire aiming there gave me a 1-1/2" grouping in the at the bullseye with the majority in a 1" group at center.

Have hard time focusing on front site due to color or me being old and wearing progressive lenses. My Dad used some bright yellow paint on the front site which has helped to resolve this issue.

    Things I liked:

Fantastic feel, great blowback and realistic feel overall.

    Things I would have changed:

Remove or redo the safety, as the extra downward position is unnecessary. Grips definitely black, sights also black with luminated dots, as the grey / silver has no contrast of proper point of view lining up front and rear.

    What others should know:

This air pistol goes into auto firing mode on its own, even though no auto-firing available. The problem seems to be when the "trigger pin" strikes the valve release on the magazine, causing continuous CO2 flow through the system. This pin should only strike once to release the burst of CO2 and then retract. Unfortunately this happens regularly, hence the pistol being back at seller for the third time. as they thought the spring on the right-hand side is causing the problem

Very nice weight and firmly built , at 20yards i grouped 90% of DAISY premium BBs in the 5 ring. Extremely realistic in every way, threaded barrel comes with adapter.

    Things I would have changed:

I find the plastic grips quite ugly but the almost parkerized finish makes up for it. Black rubber grips wouid be better.

    What others should know:

A solid air pistol, well worth the money. the slide needs some lube but one always keeps guns well oiled.
