Things I liked:

THE perfect pistol pellet. The increased velocity and metallic alloy tip help compensate for the inevitably lower power of most pistols. I love them in my 1077 as well. Great pellet!

Things I would have changed:

Give the metal tip have a slightly smaller diameter like some of the other Skenco pellets to avoid metal on metal contact with your rifled barrels.

What others should know:

Try them, especially if you have a pellet pistol, you won't regret it.

Things I liked:

Nice little plastic container

Things I would have changed:

Not buy them

What others should know:

Bought these for the supposed power gain. These things shoot worse than cheap BB's for accuracy. I have 3 pistols and 2 rifles and they shoot like crap in them all. Any lead pellets I shoot are WAY better. Probably never use the rest of the can.

    Things I liked:

Lead Free, Metal Tip, Short and fits in pistol rotary clips, Deep Penetration, and pretty accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

Currently I mostly shoot lower powered pistols and rifles at 10-20 meters. These pellets are short enough to fit into Umarex rotary clips and the Crosman 1077 clip. As far as accuracy goes these pellets are one of the better lead free ones that I have tried. Even with my lowered powered guns these pellets penetrate metal cans and other hard objects really good. I have not tried these in a higher powered Springer or NP rifle so I don't know the accuracy on those yet.

    Things I liked:

    - cheapest lead free pellets(so far) at 4 cents a piece. - snug fit. - weight is good for pistols. - Very accurate in my pistols. - Brass plated.

    Things I would have changed:

    - maybe 300 or more for the same price? - a little too snug for certain guns. - skenco needs to make a heavier pellet this size for rifles. - could of ben solid brass instead of plating.

    What others should know:

Be aware these dont fit all .177 guns, they are really snug pellets. Best pellets for my pistols as they are accurate within .5" and light enough to add some fps to them. In a rifle (im using a crosman fire) they are a bit accurate but not as great in a pistol, im getting 1.5" groups. Both at 20 yards.

    Things I liked:

Great fly weight pistol pellet ! I shoot these out of my Webley Mk 6 with great performance. They barely fit into the magazines in my Walther lever long rifle, but shoot really good out of it. I do find many spent pellets that do look like they can be re-used however probably not a good idea. Because of the plastic sabot and the hard pellet, I suppose that is why they appear so. Lots of fun !

    What others should know:

Buy a bunch of these, also buy yourself a new gun or two. Have fun !

    Well made

    Things I would have changed:

Offer lead free pellets in heavier weights.

    What others should know:

I shoot a Maximus and from a rest, at a measured 25 yds., I get 1/2" groups with Baracuda Match 10.65 gr. pellets. The Blue Arrow pellets produced 2 1/4" groups at 25 yds. For hunting, these pellets are unacceptable out of my rifle.

This is the most accurate pellet I have found for my Beeman (HW) P-1 Magnum. I can obtain .33" groups at about 30-feet.

    Things I would have changed:

Make them even less expensive if possible!

    What others should know:

    Incredibly accurate!

Make them slightly shorter to allow use in rotary (Umarex) magazines.

    What others should know:

Just slightly too long to work reliably in Umarex rotary magazines.

Back with an update ...I changed one of the catagories to 4 stars because out of almost 200 rounds fired I have had two misfires. One in my Crosman 357 and one in my Daisy 008. A few are oversized and will jam up when fired.

    Things I would have changed:

Perhaps sizs these before packaging ...

    What others should know:

In all fairness to these little buggers I must say that I can feel when one is too tight. You just need to exersize a little caution when loading to prevent a jam. I am still very happy with their performance.

    Things I liked:

Just got these today and boy oh boy have I been shooting them. They shoot so good in my Crosman 357 and my Daisy 008. They are very fast and penetrate very well. I have not tested them for accuracy beyond about 15 yards, but so far they are as accurate as any pellet. I was real glad they were short enough to fit in the cylinder of my 008.

    Things I would have changed:

Maby the price, but they arn't too expensive, they are a specialty pellet. They do what I got them for nicely so they get 5 stars!

    What others should know:

These will not fit in the barrel of my Beeman RS-2. Also, the point is not as proimate as they look in the photo. They are almost wadcutters but that doesn't seem to effect the penetration power. Oh yes, as always, only one place to get your air gun supplies ... PYRAMYD !!!

    Things I liked:

The fact that they are lead free. I like the bull jacketing and the not-too-light grain. Really increases FPS of gun!

    Things I would have changed:

There seems to be some appreciable variation of snugness of the pellet into the breach. I had to actually discard one pellet that would not seat itself properly.

    What others should know:

I would consider this a good investment on a FPS- increasing pellet. Nice appeal, with the jacketing. Nice sounding report from breaking the sound barrier! Good investment as a kind of novelty pellet.

    Things I liked:

No lead, so clean... Light weight, but not to the point of being overly so and just being thrown by wind. Perfect weight. The blue plastic (or whatever the material) is smooth & I believe it to "slide" right out of the barrel creating less resistance than standard pellets.

    Things I would have changed:

    .. ... .. Cannot think of anything.

    What others should know:

Great for target. Not sure if the weight is enough for any kind of hunting.

These little guys are very accurate. I have recovered these pellets in a soft 1 in. pine back stop and they acutally looked like they could be used again!!. But not!!!. I have not yet to experience them on any small game, but would like to see what they would do to a pesky, yard wrecking gophers..........!!!!!!

Nothing like it. Lead free, with a decent grain weight. A lot of power for a lead free pellet. Very easy to load in single shot rifles and pistols.

    Things I would have changed:

    Offer these in .22

    What others should know:

Wowww.... chrony FPS averages: gamo pt85 tactical= 517, crosman 357= 503, gamo recon whisper= 588, beeman p17= 449, gamo hornet (probably same as big cat and various other gamos)= 1088. Also, pretty good accuracy in my guns. I wonder what the B.C. is?

    Things I liked:

    Clean handling,rugged skirts.

    Things I would have changed:

I have a feeling there is a concentricity issue between the metal point and plastic skirt. Though I did not bother "miking" any, in my opinion there may be diametrical variations that need to be corrected in both the head and skirt.

    What others should know:

I was shocked at how poorly these grouped at 20 yards from my IZH 46-M. JSB Exacts will stay inside a quarter, but the Blue Arrow 6.4 gr. would only put nine just over three inches, with a tenth shot making that group six inches! Some loaded tight and some would fall out of the breech. Velocity varied more than 60 fps extreme spread for ten shots, compared to 4 fps with the JSB's. After reading the reviews I was kinda excited to try these. After experiencing the way my Izzy shot them and the feel in her chamber, I see no point in trying them in my .177 springers. For a more complete evaluation I suppose I should. Maybe when I'm really bored. The inconsistent fit tells as much of a story as a micrometer. You think measuring soft lead is difficult? Try these plastic skirts!

    Things I liked:

Lead free. Great container. Too bad these qualities are not enough to score any stars for this pellet.

    Things I would have changed:

Make them a consistent diameter, and maybe they will shoot better. Some pellets fit loosely in my guns' chambers, others have to be forced in, still others are a perfect fit. Not only this, but I think their balance must be off too, as they are so terribly inaccurate.

    What others should know:

I bought these thinking they would be an environmentally-friendly option for a light-weight hunting pellet. The problem is, I didn't listen to the other reviewers who mentioned that they are as inaccurate as can be. I assumed it was just that his rifle "didn't like them." But i tried these in several of my rifles, including: Weihrauch HW30s, Stoeger X20, Daisy 747, Daisy 953, Archer AR2078... not a single one of them will shoot a group tighter than 4" at 30 yards. That's indoors from a rest too, so there's no wind to blame. They're just inconsistent. Don't let these pellets spoil your overall opinion of Skenco: their Pointed Poly Match 4 gr. pellets are superb from lower powered airguns, and a great way to gain 150 fps, if you don't need a lot of downrange energy. (they shed energy quicker than lead pellets) I will try Poly Match lightweight wadcutters next, but no more with a construction similar to these.

    Things I liked:

very good grouping at 25 yds, much small gruop than lead pellets and less drop. the matalic lead free pellets are lighter and i think they are more accerate but way more money. the blue arrows are very good for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

It might lose some weight by hollowing the back of the pellet. and or making it a one peice metal free pellet. and or using a bio-degradible plastic, I shoot several hundres pellets at a time I'd like to know the ones that are not caught in the traps will bio-dergade.

    What others should know:

Pellet guns are not toys. use pellets traps when possible, pellets left behind could be ingested by wuld life.
