Its easy to install, and when it worked, it worked. But the screw was very low quality and stripped after a few range trips. The forward sling mount fell off of the shotgun with the sling still attached.
Just installed it, and it's wobbly and had a hard tightening it. Now am having issues with removing it.Using it with a qd attachment, and it is still working well.
A solid secure sling attachment that looks great with multiple positions for mounting options
I have a 590 and the screw to attach the two sides is way too short. They cheap out and made a good product worthless
I received 2 of these clamps as gifts. One is being used on a Remington 870 tactical and the other surprisingly is mounted to a Winchester Sxp Defender. They serve their purpose to hold the barrel and mag tube together as well as offer a spot to attach a sling. I run both of these with the magpul ms3 gen 2 slings.
Awesome magazine extension support/sling attachment. Usable with snap or quick detachable sling swivels. Made of harden steel. Fit and finish are flawless!! Dependability and quality as always from MagPul.
Great transition from my ar sling The rapid adjustment function makes all the difference. I've yet to have mp fail me! Tony
