Magpul MOE SL-S Carbine Stock OD Green Synthetic for AR-15, M16, M4 with Mil-Spec Tube (Tube Not Included) adds two waterproof storage compartments to the MOE SL design for extra batteries or small parts. Fits Mil-Spec carbine receiver extensions. Storage tubes are O-ring sealed, waterproof to 10m, and each hold up to two CR123A or AA batteries, positioned to enhance cheek weld while maintaining a slim profile. Dual-side, shielded release levers enable fast ambidextrous LOP adjustments. Internal anti-rattle feature reduces wobble and noise. Anti-slip butt pad with rollover toe fits well with body armor. Built-in ambidextrous QD sling mount and two footman's loops. Compatible with ASAP/ASAP QD mounts. Weighs 12.80 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Safety note Follow all manufacturer installation instructions. Just what I was looking for! Much better than my oem stock! Ar15 by Armalite
Loved it until I went to adjust it and it wouldn't move.🥲
Very happy with this stock. Works great with an LPVO. One thing would change, the heel of the but pad tampers some. Make it wider so it does not dig in to your shoulder when mounting it high up on the shoulder.
It checks all the boxes and looks great doing it. What can I say? I've got 2 now, both stocked (no pun intended) the way I want them. No wiggle, dead silent, storage is excellent. I put a little piece of cotton to make the batteries silent on one side, and a cut down needle oiler on the other. Admittedly they're a little heavy and pricey. But you get what you pay for, and the weight does help with balance.

It just fits right. I own the SL, CTR, and Carbine stock as well and the SL-S is by far my favorite.
I wanted to do some ODG furniture on my build, and this stock checked all the boxes. It’s not super bulky, it has storage for batteries, tools, paperwork or whatever, and I was a fan of the QD socket built in. Super easy to install, the quality is everything you’d expect from Magpul and it came in an awesome ODG color.
Met all my expectation, and wish you would market a commercial buffer tube version.
