This handle is no good fell off 5 times and the 6th time I finally lost it pay this much for a crossbow and this happens and I called costomer service and guess what no service at all it seem that you don't care about your costomer after they buy your product I want to give this a minus star for bad product and even worse costomer service
Cranck handle ball bearings will no longer function as advertised and described in the manual. The button to allow the bearings to unlock and then lock when cranking no longer works?? The crank handle has fallen out of the stock several times. Considering the price we pay I would expect more from the TenPoint engineers !!! I purchased the
it looks as though im missing one of the detent balls, should have 2 right? yesterday on my hunt, i didnt realize the crank was missing, when i was walking back i crossed over a log and looked down and seen it, i bought this a month ago and its already failed just like everyone elses, THIS BOW IS AWESOME...just wish the handle would have lasted
Handle has fallen out on every hunt. Lost it on the last one. Now I can't cock my bow.
This handle came with my Viper S400 and is a major disappointment in what otherwise is a fantastic crossbow. The set screw keeps working loose and it falls apart. It also slips out or the handle storage area. And lastly, it will not stay in place while cranking the acu-slide.
I bought the new tenpoint vengent s440. Absolutely love it. Wicked fast and accurate!! The handle on the other hand not so good screw kept loosening up. The pin don't release to engaged the balls so the handle don't lock in place
after putting together my bow the hand crank immediately malfunctioned and no longer works with the ball bearings-real bummer that I have to order a new one
both the crank handle that came with the bow and this one wont fit well with out removing the rubber piece on the shaft. What is it for?

I bought a Viper 400 a few weeks ago. Best crossbow I've ever used. Accurate, compact, and easy to cock/decock. However, the crank handle doesn't stay attached. After almost losing it on a few hunts, it came offhand was lost in the woods. Now the crossbow can't be cocked. Can't find any cranks in stock. Going to see how the customer service stacks up. Hopefully, it is as good as the crossbow.
