For the value, it has been a very exceptional little compressor. My brother-in-law purchased one about four years ago and we used it continuously until I got mine. The reason I purchased mine was because his worked so well and was so dependable. If you were going to attempt to fill a dive tank, it would have to be done in 10 or 12 minute increments, allowing the compressor to completely cool down before completing the next section of the charge. Ideally, you need a larger compressor, which is water cooled. I have an air inventory 4500 psi water cool compressor that I have hooked up to a 5 gallon reservoir and it can run nonstop and fill a dive tank from 0 to 3000 psi before it shuts off.

Very easy to use. It fills my Barra 250z from 2200 PSI (regulator minimum) to 3600 PSI (max pressure) in about 40 seconds. Hand pump would take me a 20 minutes with breaks. Should've bought one a long time ago.

It cost more than the rifle I use it to fill.

It's seems like a quality piece. Time will tell. Comes nicely packaged and is very easy to use. If you're on the fence about it, just buy it. You will like not hand pumping anymore.

Quiet! works as it should. Compared to my $200 amazon compressor this thing is silent. I run it in my apartment with no worries of bothering the neighbors. Worth the extra money if quiet filling matters.

Longer pressure hose.

It is quiet, it is a good looking unit. The pressure hose is 25.5 inches including fittings and filter housing.

New to PCP but this little compressor is doing the job just fine.

Quiet and quick to pressurize my Avenge X. Just what I was looking for. Price point seems fair.

Keep the Cardboard packing box and foam padding. If you glue the padding in place in the box it makes a perfect storage container for the compressor. I put a coat of marine varnish on the outside of the box and then painted it camo green. The box is now a solid case to keep the compressor clean and ding-free.

Usually reliable, although I got one that was not, the previous one I bought was perfect. On second one I bought it worked fine for about a total of 2 1/2 hours of actual pumping time over several sessions then the start/stop button failed. Air Venturi quickly send me another one that was easily installed and worked fine for filling a couple of 2 L bottles, no one right after the other but ones in the other maybe a day apart. Then when I tried to fill another bottle or top off another bottle the pump after a few seconds, started slowing down and ground itself to a halt. I contacted Air Venturi (Stacie) and she provided an RMA number when we both ran out of suggestions how to resolve the issue, short of returning it for a replacement. I have to pay the shipping for the return, and Air Venturi pays to ship it back to me repaired or a replacement. The first one was so good that I bought a second one and it reliably feels PCPs and small bottles and I've only tested it on 2 L bottles.

Nothing. It's mechanical, so something is bound to stop working at some point. I wouldn't change anything on it because it has all the features that I want and seems to be very well-made..

My suggestion is you don't try to use it to fill air bottles larger than 2 L. For that, in my opinion, you'll need a two or a 4 cylinder compressor and those cost about $2000 or maybe a little bit less but they're well worth it. That's what I should've bought in the first place but this RovAir is my easily portable replacement back up. I recommend it really even though I had some trouble with the second one.
