Well, I believe someone like this is a bit overkill for hunting because of its weight. It makes an excellent long range and precision rifle scope. It also comes with a lot of goodies out of the box.
Outstanding glass. This optic includes all the features I want to see, great clarity and the reticle is great for drop. Mounted on AR-10.

I have several Athlon products and they never let me down. They all have quality glass and the reticle is perfect for my needs. The IR really helps in the low light especially as I get older. I have purchased several high end scopes over the past 50 years and I honestly don’t see a need to look any further.
Got on flash sale, Fantastic scope for the price point! Distortion zoomed in to 5th lense hardly noticeable, you have to look for it.
I am really liking the quality and clarity of this scope it zeroed quickly and has held since I got it sighted in I like the large adjustment knobs has nice positive clicks when adjusting and is very bright for the price point
Great value and great glass. Tracks perfectly. I even tried the crazy twist test. work flawlessly.
Lighter weight than the 6-24, just as good with mills to spare.
optic is very good for the price, holds a zero well and the glass is clear. no complaints at all.
I have multiple Helos rifle scopes. They are fantastic. The lockable turrets are amazing!! They come with scope covers, sun shade, and a throw handle. Mix that with the superb quality of the glass and you couldn’t ask for a better rifle scope. It holds zero and tracks perfectly on my 7prc and my AR-15’s.
The glass is incredibly clear and it's a solid scope. The lift/push locking caps are strange having mostly dealt with leupold and button locks on turrets in the past, but the glass clarity is better than my mk5. There's no better scope I've seen for the price range and it's been amazing so far.
It works great. Have been waiting MONTHS to order another. They have been out of stock since about January ish.
