I bought this a few weeks ago and used it for a long trip. It was very stable and both car and bike sustained zero damage from the trip. However the directions are poor. My car required additional items which were difficult to figure out.

We needed a carrier to haul our son's bike to college. This was one of very few non-hitch carriers that would work properly on our CRV. It worked exactly as advertised. It's relatively easy to install, and remove, and stows away nicely.

Good fit for my 2019 Honda Civic hatchback. Took some time customizing the arms to fit. Placed bottom arms on hatch & not bumper. Once set, sturdy rack for 2 bikes.

In the different pictures and videos, some of the racks have the strap-hiding end caps and some don't. The detailed description does mention them on one line, though I missed that. In case anybody else is wondering, the caps are indeed included, so don't do like I did and purchase them seperately thinking they aren't (and they're not cheap).

Very happy with this bike rack. It does take a minute to figure out how to install it the first time, but after that, it's easy! Holds the bike tight and secure. I feel safe driving with it long distances. Light and compact when not in use. Great product!

Once you figure out installation it's a great, secure rack. However we have a 2015 Volvo V60 wagon and the lateral stability straps do not stay secure due to the curvature of the door.

i bought mine last year when my strap broke from another co. i had to have a rack for a ride my bike sop had a bones right away i liked it it is very good for trips no problems it held bikes very securely. no movement in the bikes.

Fits great on my Kia Sorrento! Easy to install. This was the least expensive of any racks I considered and I’ve been using it for several months with no issues. Bike is secure, no rattling or other issues.
