So far so good. No complaints. My wife and I are pleased with this rack.

I had a hard time finding a bike rack for my little Honda Fit hatchback that wouldn't stress the spoiler. Bones EX-2 does the trick perfectly. Folding/unfolding is quick and easy. Two bikes strap on with no problem. Construction is super solid. I've driven 90 mph with two bikes strapped to it. No shudder or movement. No weird noises. All in all: highly recommended if you want to tote some bikes around without demolishing your spoiler.

Bought a month ago and so happy I did. Easier to mount bike than trying to put it in the back of my suv

I love my bike rack. I bought the Bones EX-2 rack. It was easy to install and was very sturdy on my recent trip to the beaches in NC. Depending on the age of your vehicle, you may have to adjust the clamps on the top so that they hook and lay flat. My 2010 CRV does not have a spoiler at the top of the rear hatchback so the clamps were not hooking completely or laying flat. Took it to a bike shop and they were able to use a vise to close the clamps just a little to create a tighter hook. Works perfectly. Will definitely recommend to others.

We bought this a month ago in the hopes our beach cruisers would be in and ready to use down the shore. Got all parts (including the Hatch Huggers thru another site) in time for Labor Day week getaway. After installing and removing several times for local bike shop pick up/visits, we’ve become pretty good and fast with the process. (We’re “seniors” too ;). Used it on my Subaru Outback SUV, 2 1/2 hours, 70 MPH, in the rain today. Our 2 bikes arrived in perfect shape, and the car drove beautifully with the Saris rack. So happy our son suggested Saris to us.

So easy to install! I tried 3 other racks that were horribly complicated and heavy! The Saris product came with easy installation instructions…put it all Together in less than 20 minutes. And completely secure on my SUV. Great product and a great price.

I have used this rack several times since purchasing it and like it more and more each time. I did not find it difficult to install, and I’m happy that it has not marked my car (I always wipe/clean the feet before installing). The rack has been sturdy with two bikes. I like that it can be used with both my Prius and my RAV4. Expensive and worth the investment.

Well built and fits on car fine. The only problem was on one side we had two bottom clip and a top clip, Should have had a top, side and bottom clip. Since all three clips are a different width should have been caught at quality check. The bottom clip is a little narrower then side clip but it is working.
