Excellent product. No scratches. I put tape on the hooks in case. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I am extremely happy with the Bones EX. It's easy to install on my Honda Fit Sport and it won't damage the spoiler. It holds my bicycle firmly in place with practically no sway at all even at high speeds.

This will be the last rack I will buy. Seems I needed a new one every time I got a new car. I took my time looking this time before buying. I began see this rack on just about every type of car, truck and SUV imaginable. Luckily I had the opportunity to talk to many of the owners who all were happy with their Bones. That finally clinched the deal fo me and so far I haven’t found a single thing I would change about this rack. It is definitely a keeper.

Bought a month ago because of reputation and recommendation from retailer. First none Thule rack whose prices have gone through the roof. Build quality is very good. High end components. However some parts need to be rethought for 2020 bikes. Designer forgot to address big tubes or distance to secure tires. Straps aren’t long enough. Warning!!! Instructions are a zero. Pictures are poor. Words are worthless. it’s a long first install. Once you get it, works well and the fit and finish are overall very good.

My only qualm with this bike rack is that it doesn't come with a way/device to secure your bike to the rack. Which leaves me to figure out a way to lock it to the rack. I don't feel comfortable running into the store, running errands, etc with my bike just sitting on the rack. Good bike rack, but it feel for the price I paid it would be great if it included a lock.

Item was exactly as described. Easy to setup and installation is a breeze. Bike is secured and safe for travel. I have made a modification so I can attach rack to back of camper so I can haul bike on fishing trips. It's light and easy to handle. It's made in AMERICA thank God.

I drive a 5 door Lexus SUV. This is the only 2 bike rack I have been able to find that can be used without a trailer hitch. It works great and is a good price for the value.

I am a 69 year old woman and it was simple to assemble and install on my SUV!
