Fits ok my bike , however front tire swings some when turning corners attached to rack. Easily secured thought with strap not included.
I am a 68 woman with arthritis and needed a bike rack that I could put in the trailer hitch by myself. My husband is not always around to help and I like my independence. The only hitch is the pin that goes through the hole to keep the rack on the hitch. I am going to work on an adaptation so I can pull the pin out when I want to take the bike rack off the hitch. Cotter pins work well but they do not work well when you have arthritis in your hands.
It's really really easy to start using, 2 bolts and it's attached. It's annoying that it constantly Amaris the backup camera but, it's easy enough to take on and off if it bothers you enough. But awesome rack, super easy to use, and you can still use the hatch on your SUV, I have Jeep Grand Cherokee 2013, and it's perfect.
the bracket for the bikes is ideal for road bikes. But my new carbon mountain bike has a less than ideal fit. The space on the rack has a very specific shape, so road bikes fit well. Steel mtn bikes, no problem, but any wider tube bikes are a challenge. I can understand why folks are moving to tray systems.
We're using this to port our two bikes and love the style and functionality.
Trying to find a way to lock it to the car safely. I would appreciate any feedback to help me.

Setup & use was easy
For greater stability it could be more forward into the receiver then it is currently. Not as balanced as it could be. The riser height would be better at 30". Hard to lift Bike over the arched bones to the rear set. Everything else is so much better than the Bones made 7 years AHO.

I bought this because I was buying a bike for the first time in 15 years. I didn't have that much experience in using a bike rack...but I knew I wanted a hitch rack. I think it is well built, but I am not very effective in easily putting it on.
