I have always wanted a proper tactical knife. I am thoroughly happy with this product. Great for hunting and camping!

Bought this a month or two ago and have been pleased! Super sharp out of the box and the construction of the blade and handle is amazing. The deluxe sheath is very utilitarian and can be mounted inverted on my backpack shoulder strap for easy deployment without falling out. My ONLY gripe is with the sheath though. I'd like to be able to carry this more often but with the way the sheath's loop is at the top of the handle, it hangs down REALLY far. I'd like to be able to move the belt/pant loop a bit lower on the sheath so the handle sits higher and so the knife tip/sheath tip isn't as far down my leg. I could then have my shirt over it and have it not nearly as visible. I'm sure I can rig something up, but it would sure be nice if SOG's sheath design allowed for a bit more flexibility in how it is configured.

Great tool for hunting and use around the ranch. Versatile tool.

Very happy with purchase!! High quality knife. Got a pretty good deal on it also.

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday and it turned out great but the only little remark I would have to say is that the engraver spray or knicked the nonengraved too but it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but maybe for someone else it might be so to look into it would be great

Great knife, proud to add to my collection. Fits great in The hand and conforms well to my grip.

I purchased this a little over a month ago late, late one night after getting through with work. I looked for over an hour before settling on this model, as it looked to be all I needed in a knife. I was so tired I guess I completely was shocked when it arrived and I learned that it had a built in line cutter, a blade sharpener and also a fire starter with it! Blew me away!! I also love how it will not fall out of the sheath as it clicks into place, therefor no matter if I get the knife upside down due to positions I am in, it will not fall out of it's sheath. I am a 55 year old die hard hunter, fisherman, and former trapper. This knife I WISH had been on the market back in the late 70s and early 80s when I ran trap lines!! I've owned a LOT of knives, and by far for the $$ this is the best one I've had yet, not even considering SOG quality and warranty!!! I think this will be the last one I ever have to purchase unless I lose it, or someone steals it from me. 110% satisfied, and would recommend this model to EVERYONE who did not want to spend an arm and a leg for a GREAT knife for hunting, camping, skinning, trapping and/or survival situations of any kind!!!

I've had this knife for about three months. It holds its edge very well, the sheath keeps it securely, pause it has a sharpener and a fire starter. The handle is comfortable and the texture allows you to maintain your grip when your hands are wet. I am not dissatisfied but then again I have never been with any of my SOG knives.

My SEAL Strike has been thoroughly vetted for urban/suburban and any other field duty whether in town, woods, or aridlands. It opens mail and packages, preps firewood, digs and fills cat holes/trenches, slices, dices, punctures, and loves a good stropping from time to time. It's been sat on for hours yet stays set. The deluxe sheath has been holding up, and proved useful on day one when we were out of matches or lighters, and was pressed into service to light a gas stove. We are almost inseparable... only my Slimjim goes solo ocassionally. There is only minor wear, mostly from being carried in the sheath after digging and preparing firewood. I like it.

Great knife as well as excellent customer service and timely shipping.
