Well - aside from a post-apocalyptic, Mad Max scenario, I found another great use for this tool. On my nightly walks with my dogs, I've found this to be an instrumental tool and a massive deterrent for both coyotes and javalina. I love this tool but slightly prefer the gunstock version as it is a little lighter for me to swing at a charging javalina and you can decide if you want the blunt end or the sharp end - depending upon how much damage needs to be inflicted to stop the threat. Anyway, aside from that - these are just epic and so cool to own. They make a great addition to one's preps and certainly an eyebrow raiser when you whip it out. And funny - my family used to think i was nuts bringing this on our nightly walks with the dogs until it came in handy. Buy and enjoy - you will NOT be disappointed at all.
Super durable it can hold up to quite a bit of punishment. All in all it's a nice product

It’s fantastic… but it is quite large and heavy, and the spike is very brutal. I’d like to remove it (because you wouldn’t want to hit a person with the spike) but I haven’t figured out how yet! I have the gunstock war club as well, and it is significantly smaller and lighter than this. Yet the GSWC is itself quite brutal. I am 6’’8 and this war club is a full 2h weapon, and I would recommend to CS that they offer a spike-free version. Without the spike it would be a very excellent (but again, large) blunt home defense weapon. With the spike I don’t think the word “defense” is applicable.
