The BE-1 Fortress Parka is everything I hoped for…quality, fit and comfort!!!

High quality jacket and very warm! This is a great jacket to have for late season cold.

Bought the Fortress parka and bibs for this past season for hunting in Virginia, and for the hard winter weather in Pennsylvania. It did not diappoint! PA was 18 degrees in the early morning with high of 28. I was completely warm and the 12 mile per hour wind chill was not a factor. I only experienced the mild crinkle sound in the cold, and only in the pockets, and as not loud enough to be an issue. Fit was true to size. I was able to do all day sits 3 dyas in a row in that weather very comfortably.

An absolutely incredible parka I use it all the time

I bought this parka in anticipation of a very cold season in Northern MN. Although the season was more mild than I thought it would be, this gear was fantastic. It's is very quiet, with the exception of some rustling between the pockets and the liner, but nothing major. Fit is great, but can feel bulky if you have several layers underneath. This is great gear for the coldest conditions, and blocks the wind well.

The coat checks all the boxes. Warm, wind proof, waterproof and well thought out. Plenty of pockets in all the right places. This is not just a fashion statement in camo, but a coat obviously designed by people who hunt.

I bought this item and have used it for 1 season. I hunt in northern Michigan, late season, and wanted something to keep me dry and warm. The jacket is warm and has kept me dry during snow and rain and has plenty of pockets. The down side is when it gets cold and you're sitting in your tree stand on one of those quiet days and you can hear every noise in the woods, the jacket is noisy and the deer can hear it when they are close. Every little move the jacket makes a creeking noise. I use the jacket for rifle hunting now when I'm not too close to the deer.

These are perfectly warm with all the right pockets. There isn’t anything I feel that I am missing on this jacket

I bought this BE1 fortress bibs and jacket primarily for my son. It had checked all the boxes at purchase, And it has excelled at keeping him warm thru low 20s, dry during all day rainy season openers, and it has been mostly used as a late season setup hunting from a blind late archery but with a crossbow. It outer shell is very quiet as compared to other face fabrics on other brands that i own being Kryptek and Nomad units. I have not used this in the treestand while drawing a bow which may be its only concern being soft and puffy. But you will not be cold that I have seen it has that covered easily. So there are many areas that this outfit excels. I will gladly exchange the slight puffy arms and maybe use an arm guard that I never used from other outfits to help resolve that one area. But being in the woods in extreme cold and comfortable. Is better than being able to take a great shot from your bow at camp because its too cold. Just like the game you hunt. You have to adapt!

Bought it a year ago and wow ,super warm and quiet .Best hunting suit I ever owned ,buy it you won't regret it! They nailed it with this one!
