Very good, the new version has some good updates. Love the jacket. Very warm, very soft. Wind does soak in after a bit in the stand, a good hoodie underneath and you can sit for long periods in cold weather.

Perfect late season jacket. This was my first higher end camp purchase and I am satisfied. It’s very warm, quiet, and comfortable. 20 degree weather with a strong north wind was no match for this parka.

Got this jacket and bibs to be able to hunt tree stands in late season in Northern Michigan.. it was immediately put to test in near whiteout conditions, 19 degrees and 20 mph gusts, and despite only wearing a couple thin base layers under it I stayed dry and warm! For once I felt like I got my money’s worth for something and it exceeded my expectations.. I definitely do not recommend this suit for days over 40 degrees or it will probably be too warm , it’s that heavy and warm !

Excellent except the zipper which is hard to start sometimes catching on adjacent fabric and 2 out of 12 times coming loose in the middle for no apparent reason. Warm and less bulky than my old scent lock with zip out inner coat.

My first trip out I hunted in 18• weather with 20 mph winds this morning and stayed comfortably warm. I was able to move my arms around freely with no binding up. Hand warming pockets are in perfect position. The zipper can be a little bit of a hassle but not that big of a deal. All in all worth every dime.

This thing is awesome, “Fortress” is definitely a good name. I took it Elk hunting in Colorado and only got to wear it riding a 4 wheeler 25* riding. It was too warm to be active in while walking. I will us it to still hunt when it’s cold enough. It’s exactly what I wanted.

I have used this now 2 weeks, love everything about it EXCEPT the main zipper! Why would you put a cheap fine tooth zipper on a parka? It makes no sense for not having a heavy duty zipper on this like my Cabelas MT050 parka has! For me it's a deal breaker, I am considering returning because I know eventually this zipper will fail!

BE:1 FORTRESS PARKA, WAS THE JACKET I BEEN LOOKING FOR ! VERY QUIT, WARM AND COMFORTABLE.

Primaloft is the best out there my opinion this jacket fits great going to be really comfy in the late season thanks again Scentlok

I am going on two whitetail seasons with this in Michigan and it is by far my favorite late season set up I have ever used. It feels like im wrapped in a comfy blanket. I wear just some base layers under it and sit comfortably all day no matter how cold. I also hunt out of a saddle and it is not to bulky for that.
