My son wore this up in Erie Pennsylvania this year during the first week of rifle. Snowed the whole time and it was chilly. He was toasty and dry. Happy kid, happy day, happy hunting!!! Highly recommend it. Amazing
Zipper is junk, camo is to light, looks like nothing what's in picture when you get.

The BE:1 Fortress Parka fits true to size. It is a life saver for late season hunts in Michigan. I have paired this with the BE:1 reactor vest and sat all day with a windchill of 5* no problem!
It’s warm, quiet and gives me just enough room to put some layers underneath. I really like it.
love how quiet and warm the coat is. that is exactly what i was looking for late season-cold weather hunting. Side pockets are small to me. pulling a range finder in and out would be easier if you could make them a little bigger.
I got this jacket after the season last year during a sale, and got to use it this season. im giving it four stars because it is very warm, and i love the pocket locations being higher up towards the chest, which is perfect for climber hunting. But like everyone else has stated, it gets creaky when its good and cold enough to wear it. I love all of my SL gear because its so quiet. So it was a surprise when i heard it. It almost sounds like a wind breaker when you move.

This is an amazingly warm jacket, the one thing i wish it had was a snitch on the bottom to close the bottom more, other than that its a 10/10
