They block noise and you can hear stuff like advertised but it is embarrassingly bad tin can audio quality. Do yourself a favor and grab a pair of Walkers instead.

Looks good, feels good. Good hearing pro. I only have it a 3-stars because the noise cancellation is decent but when you wear foam plugs as an extra layer or hearing pro, you can barely hear the range officer’s commands or course of fire for our qualifications. I am struggling to hear with the noise cancellation which is crucial for me. A bit disappointed. I’ve turned the volume all the way up and it’s still too low with the foam ear plugs in. I may need to go back to my Pelton so I can hear better and have no issues with the volume.

They work very well. Nice to be able to hear voices but not the loud noises.

If I had a redo I would have got the ones with blue tooth so I could use them for lawn mowing as well as shooting but these are very nice and enhance the sound well.

As a Range Safety Officer and Instructor, I wear mine for up to 8 hours at a time - They are VERY comfortable and do a great job of not only blocking out the noise, but at boosting the voices of people you are talking to. Great Product!

Well built great price fits perfect. And if the batteries run out you are still protected definitely will buy again

Last night, I attend a large indoor range class. The environmental sound protection is excellent - the real bonus is that I could hear the instructor. Very pleased.

I really like the MX Electronic ear muffs. They block out a good amount of loud noise while the electronics allow you to hear what's important, such as people talking to you. Compared to other electronic ear muffs, the MX Electronic ear muffs have a higher rating, which protects your hearing. I use them at the gun range and also when using a gas powered leaf blower and they perform well in both situations. My only issue with the MX Electronic ear muffs is that the power button and volume buttons are hard to press. I understand that this prevents unwanted changes, but the design is difficult to manage. I also have the MX Pro ear muffs and have the same issue with the buttons with that one as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with these ear muffs and will continue to use them to protect my hearing.

Headset works very well. Outside voices can be heard clear and the shots are captured well.

The audio is very “grainy” and quiet and muffled compared to my cheap walkers. Was hoping for better but definitely disappointed by the mic/speaker quality
