Athlon Optics Athlon Cronus BTR GEN2 UHD Reviews

Very clean glass making it easy to pick up trace and find targets

I have used this scope for the Mammoth Sniper Challenge II as well as PRS and deer hunting. It is awesome. The quality of glass and reliability to keep zero after getting beat up a little at Mammoth is unbelievable for the price. The turrets are crisp, the zero stop is easy to set, the APRS6 reticle is awesome and not messy - easy finding targets, illumination is crisp and bright. I am truly surprised to not see this scope in more PRS/NRL. I say it smokes the Leopold MK5 for clarity and the Vortex razor for weight (otherwise the Razor is a better scope). It's gonna be tough to beat a Kahles, ZCO or NF ATACR. All in all, the Cronus is a great, affordable scope. I do wish it came with scope caps though. It was tough finding a set that stayed on.

Glass was super crisp, quality Japanese’s glass . Magnification ease of use tactile turrets just beyond belief and the price is friendly.

For a Japanese made scope this is a score for the price. The reticle is excellent, the turret feel is amazing, the illumination is bright, and the glass clarity performs well above it's price point.

Quality is above expectations and pro deal price was too good to be true!

Great scope. Clear glass, tracks well, very clean look on my rifle. Athlon never fails to impress.

I own a night force NX8 and a leopole mark 5. Both of these scopes do not compare to this athlon, the quality of the radical and the quality of the glass at a 1000 yd. It's amazing.

This scope is exceptional quality, and am very glad I purchased this high quality scope!

Excellent glass. I was not expecting th s much optic.

This scope was recommended from a fellow competitor and let me tell you huge difference from my previous scope. If you’re looking for a crisp, crystal clear image, your search is over!
