Magpul Fixed Stock for Remington Reviews

This is the second 700 hunter stock I have purchased. They are the best!!!

Fantastic stock for a great price I would’ve got the 700 lite but the rifle I’m building is a 300 RUM and they don’t offer a magazine for the RUM

Decided to customize my 25 year old model 700 long action in .270. Installed the new stock, bipod and upgraded to the magazine from the floor plate. What great products! Everything went together with ease, fittment is perfect. Very happy with the outcome!

Great stock l put it on my wife’s Remington 270 she shoot it yesterday and liked the feel of it the recoil was a little better

This is an affordable and solid stock for the Rem 700. It’s balanced well, pretty light weight compared to aluminum or wood and allows for customization. I’m only giving it four stars because even with the lowest cheek riser available you have to remove the butt pad and cheek riser in order to completely remove the bolt from the action for cleaning or maintenance. Maybe it doesn’t bother some people, but I really think there is a way Magpul could’ve engineered around that.

already own short action stock and have enjoyed using it.cleared up a lot of bedding issues .

I bought this Long Action Stock to replace original one that came on my Christensen Ridgeline 7mm REM Mag. Feels very good and was a 100% Drop-In and tighten 2 Bolts to 55 inch pounds and it’s ready for the Woods or the Range. It also looks a lot better more aggressive 👍🏾

I can’t be more impressed. No need to buy a new rifle. My 700 was professionally free floated, then I tweaked it. It was shooting MOA. NOW 1/2 MOA. YES 1” @ 200 yards with custom hunting ammo.
