Magpul QDM Quick Disconnect Sling Reviews

Love how easy it is to detach or connect while under tension instead of always throwing the ring out of the way to push the button.

The buttons are to small and stiff. I have to fold the loop down and pinch/pull up and jostle it to get it to roughly slide out. Putting it on is even harder

I thought these were the nicer of the two sling disconnects but I had to order the push button ones and I feel that are a lot nicer granted these ones look nice but it’s the function where they lack yes they do unlatch but it’s kinda a pain.

High quality hardware that installs & works properly the first time.

I don't like these QDs with the side sliders that unlock it. They are too touchy and can be unfastened too easily. It only took one time dropping my rifle to the ground because this gave out for me to remove them from my kit and go back to the push buttons. Love QD, but not this type.

Small and easy to attach and disconnect. Easy use and reconnect or locate on my weapon or anywhere I can connect and disconnect.

It fell apart while using on my brand new rifle. Almost dropped it but caught it before hitting the ground. After the one broke into many small pieces I tried pulling a little on the other and it did the same. Great idea but horrible product especially for the price.

Extremely tough & super easy to use. All steel construction shrugs off pretty much any abuse you can put it through. Hands down one if the best sling mounts ive ever used.

I have Magpuls MS4 Sling that already has #2 of these QDM swivels and using it multiple times I've never had any issues with them not working or pulling out of QD socket. Great build quality and design. I wish they made these in a smaller version for just 1" sling webbing. Reason I gave 4 star and not 5 is these can be hard to release depending where their inserted. If I use these in my QD endplate their almost impossible to get to release, but on side of handguard or in the butt stock they work great.

Great sling mount, very strong and easy to install and remove.
