the item was shipped loose in the box, the bottom of the box became damaged in shipping, which damaged the corner of the item. it was determined that the item was still usable and since time did not permit return, we kept the item.

That it works, no jamming, no spitting, no problems, and that its the easiest and most arthritis friendly of my 7 BB guns. I like that it also fits my Sig Sauer Spartan. It may also be the lowest priced spare magazine available.
