Wood frame is not going to last. And something should be mentioned the need to replace cardboard. So have some old boxes big enough lying around to cut up.

If you happen to hit the frame, it does damage.

The wooden frame arrived broken on one corner. It didn't prevent the trap from working as designed but there should be better quality control. I'm not sure if I will return it yet.

Quality materials Stops .30 in a chronograph table set up but yes I have AR steel behind as well

Bundles of target options and putty

It is worth it. By a lot building it from Home Depot stuff is an option but o would rather shoot with that time.

Include bundles with lots of duct cause I love it and it is the bedrock of my chronograph station so it gets 30 cal work just fine

Compact and sturdy

Heavy duty wood construction, simple yet effective for most break barrels up to .22 caliber. Easy to sight in your high powered rifles even in a basement, or large room without worries of ricochet. Love the duct seal design for a quiet backstop.

Not to much although with .25 caliber becoming more popular maybe something a little stronger for big bores. I am hesitant to shoot my .25 break barrel at the trap for fear of damaging it.

Lets face it for your Co2 pistols, springers in .177 or .22 and most bb or pellet pistols or rifles this a perfect design. It is mainly a indoor target giving you the ability to shoot indoors which is great. One word of caution. When you first mount that scope on your new gun keep in mind that first flyer could hit the wood or miss the trap all together. Once you get it dialed in it is great for keeping that accuracy and marksmanship all year round.

It's exactly what it's said to be! A high quality piece that is very quiet. I mostly use it for .22 pellets, but my shooting buddy has shot .177s at it.

Very well thought out, there's really nothing to improve upon.

Although one might think that this is a very expensive accessory, by the time a guy goes out, sources the components, puts it together, and finishes it, he'll have a LOT more than sixty bucks of time and materials in it! I know this because I did just that, and the targets I built just aren't up to the quality and usefulness that this target is! Generally, five pound blocks of duct seal aren't available locally. The blocks that these targets use completely fill up the interior, and there's little chance that a pellet is gonna sneak by and hit the back of it. The targets that I built depend upon you hitting a small area in the central part of the target...this Air Venturi piece is superior in every way. I ain't gonna lie! Well...not about this, anyway.

This trap works very well. It traps bbs and pellets with no ricochets.

I don't see anything that I would change. Well, maybe I would put a carry handle on the top to make it easier to move around.

It is pricey. I ordered an extra back to make sure nothing goes through and it worked very well.
