Great deal, factory new sealed and identified with free shipping
Not much about this piece of crap.. Seriously, this mag. is not well designed.. It is the BB slide that is used to push rds. up the mag to be fired... The slide does not hold in place when you attempt tp load the unit... I have fixed my original mag., and now must fix my spare that I bought in the hopes that the original was just a bad assembly line goof.. Not so... they are both badly designed..!!
BB spring retainer slide on the magazine...Also fix the Mickey Mouse barrel assembly feature... One tiny screw to hold the barrel on is a joke...Gun , as is, is worth about $ 10... really....The magazine and the barrel are the big issues here..!!
All other features are fine.. A very good replica of the original gun....

Easy to load because of the spring follower detent.

Always nice to have an additional mag while shooting. On auto, you blow through 18 shots in seconds, so on semi-auto, you can have 36 shots and take your time.

Don,t send items that are visible broken in the package
I purchased the M-712 years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. This would have been my third magazine if it wasn,t visibly broken in the package. The other magazines broke after the 90 day refund period was up.
once loaded the product works just fine. as does the pistol.
the magazine is exceedingly tedious to load. i get about as many bb's on the floor as i do into the magazine when loading. it would be well received if there were a speed loader device compatible with this mag. if there is, i would appreciate to be advised so i can order one. sincerely, Keith CHANEY,LCDR,USN,RET.
Required option for Legends M712. I would suggest 4-6 of these to enhance shooting experience!
Spring loading slider could be improved, as it can be hard on the fingernails.
Stock up on CO2!
As I researched the M712, it became clear to me that the more magazines you had the more fun you could have because you'd spend less time loading BBs and more time shooting! I figure I'd get an extra magazine and get more later IF I got really lazy.
This is a pricey item. It's like Umarex knew this would be in demand and priced it accordingly! It's not all plastic either. This is like buying a color printer... the money is in the ink cartridges!

The M712 is a kick to shoot. It feels solid and well-made and performed well without jamming.
I only got to shoot a few magazines full and then I couldn’t get the CO2 canister out. A new magazine is almost half the price of the gun.
The CO2 canister is inserted into the magazine and then a metal/Bakelite plug is screwed in with an Allen wrench to tap the canister. I tightened it too tight and the inner metal disc slipped so it wont come out.I would replace the metal/Bakelite plug with an all metal plug.
