Once I was able to get the O-rings to seal it worked perfectly.

Add instructions to lubricate the upper O-rings (just below the handle) and thin inner shaft.

If the pump doesn’t start to show pressure within the first few strokes, and sounds like air is leaking past an O-ring you need to do some lubrication. Make sure to perform complete upward and downward strokes. On downward strokes push until your arms are straight then bend your knees, pushing with your body weight.

The first time I used it, high output temperature of the air melted the hose, and melted a big spot in my rug. This was maybe after 100 pumps, the body of the pump really wasn't more than warm to the touch.

Do yourself a favor and just buy a compressor.

Just a pump

Hose to short. Pump on floor under my feet hose maybe 18”. Gun table. Need extension to reach it. Female quick connect will not accept male fitting. Changed out fitting Ordered new hose so it is all1 piece. No clip to hold hose up off ground win not in use. No plug in hole of connector so debris will not get inside.

I really don’t see the value for the charge.

The pump works great. I had no problem getting above 250 bar; should do 300 just fine. With my previous El-Cheapo pump it took both me (180#) plus my adult son (160#) together to do this.

The water filter should come with a shut-off valve to preserve the media dry while in storage. I only expect to use this pump occasionally as backup for my powered compressor so having no ability to seal off & preserve the filter media renders it almost useless. I will have beat this by removing the media after each use to a sealed jar... nuts! Pumping would be easier if they had made the feet just a little longer. They instruct us to bend our knees but that moves the body too close to the pump to be comfortable applying pressure..

The female foster fitting that came with the pump is no good! It would seal only until I got to ~130 bar and then leak down. I replaced it with a Saber Tactical Extended Female Quick... fitting that I had on hand from previous Pyramid order and now all is good. (other than $20 I hadn't expected to spend.)

This pump is much more efficient compared to my Benjamin pump.Far less pumping to fill my Marauder .25 as compared to my Benjamin pump .Don't get me wrong,.....there is effort in using a hand pump compared to filling using a bottle but 5-10 minutes filling to 3000 p.s.i. and she's ready to go again.Im very happy with this pump.I will be using my bottle most of the time but I won't run out of air when my bottle needs refilling because this pump will keep me going until my bottle is refilled but with far less pumping compared to my Benjamin pump.I bought the kit which has everything needed to get going.The pump alone you need to buy the female fitting to charge your gun but the kit has this included

Hill, the manufacturer, is a UK co., However I ordered air fittings and special silicone grease and also great service.

I used it twice to fill my Air Arms S510XS rifle, and a hole formed in the pump hose. The pressure was less than 250 bar when the hole formed in the hose. I assume it was a manufacturing defect. I hope to get a replacement. So far, I'm extremely disappointed with this product.

I hope the replacement part exists and is under warranty.

Pump is built well, and delivery was quick. However I haven't been able to use it yet (see below)

My shipment contained neither the "new color changing media for the Dry Pac" (only the classic non-colored Dry Pac, the refill sachet did not contain a smaller bag inside) nor did it have the female quick-disconnect fitting.
