Nice box and easy instructions

I would not buy this pump or recommend it to anyone. For the price and the issues it has, don't waste your money. You might as well spend it on a lesser priced pump. I read the reviews on this pump and thought WOW!! This is the one to get. Fornthe momey and the amount of time it has worked, not a good choice.

After one month, the Hill MK 5 pump is working as advertised.

Beware of the misleading advertising copy re the "five year warranty". NONE of the seals, o-rings, etc are covered by warranty, and the exact language of the warranty is not available prior to purchase, or after purchase either. I had to pull teeth with PA in order to determine from PA that the "warranty" does NOT cover any of the typical failures that this type of pump experiences, namely, they fail internally and stop pumping, as occurred with my MK 4 Hill pump. PA had the nerve to nonsensically advise that the "warranty" would cover things like "if the handle should break" ... as if that is likely, and ignoring and specificall exempting the common causes of pump failure from warranty coverage. So its not a warranty at all in any meaningful sense. PA does not handle rebuilds on this pump but referred me to a phone # ( no e mail or website) for AIR VENTURI, who does not answer the phone.

Just know that the "five year warranty" is meaningless in any real sense of that which we normally would consider a "warranty", just cleverly worded marketing.

very high quality pump, have used it a few times to fill my s510 so far so good! becomes quite hard to pump near the 3500psi (250 bar) mark which is to be expected. O-ring kits are available too if needed down the road. takes 10 mins of slow and steady pumping with a 1 minute break in between to fill my rifle from 150 to 250bar.

longer fill hose would be very nice.

much cheaper and more convenient than a compressor or scuba tank for top offs. highly recommend, looks like it is built to last!

It works with no air leaks.

It took 215 pumps(downward strokes) to pump up the 165 c.c. reservoir from empty to 200 bar on my air gun. It gets pretty tough after 150 bar. Use your weight and bend your knees with arms locked straight making sure to pause at the top and bottom of strokes. Slow and easy is the way to go. I only put one foot on the base and the other one back a bit but that's just me. I could see where it could be a problem for lighter people to use. I weigh 250 lbs. and like I said it started taking a lot of force after 150 bar on the last 3 in. of the downward stroke. Hope this helps.

ease of use, simple to understand instructions, lubed pump very easy. I like everything bout this pump. The pump itself seems to be good quality steel. Smooth operating.

replace plastic base with aluminum one.

I followed the instructions for lubing it for first time extremely easy, assembly of pump simple, I bought this to replace an fx pump i had and a g4 from years back just wore out seals. I will use it to fill a walther dominator 1250, benji M-rod, and an avenger. Used it to pump up the avenger even though i did not make to a full fill because the secondary regulator (not the tank regulator) was showing in the red, had to fire it twice to release some pressure. I have no doubts that i could have filled it to 4500 psi, it was getting stiff am very pleased with this pump and would recommend. I am 5ft 6in tall my weight about 160 lbs early 50s. i used someone elses idea bout putting the filter media in a pill bottle and wrapped it in a zip lock bag. I do plan on getting a nomad, three pcps and this pump would wear me out and this would be a backup source. happy shooting.

This pump works well, is solidly built, is constructed to be serviceable and will last forever with proper upkeep.

I think this is the best pump on the market. None are easier to pump. That being said, using this or any pump is A LOT OF WORK. It is not for 97 pound weaklings. I use my pump as a regular part of my fitness program. I consider hiring a healthy young athlete to pump it for me.

Very nice hand pump. Works great for my Air Arms S510xs Ultimate sporter.

Built to last. Strong materials.

Great high pressure pump. Filling up completely from empty an air venturi avenger (300 bar) takes about 10-15 minutes depending on your fitness level. The integral dessicant is a nice touch and worth for the long haul.

More robust hose.

Terrific quality, easy to use until ~250bar then it gets pretty tough, as expected. Easy to assemble, I like the moisture catch and the fact that it comes with an extra refill. Also comes with additional grease, albeit not a lot.

A little expensive for a manual pump...but it's a Hill.

For 250bar or small bottles, this is a great manual pump. Anything larger and I would recommend and automated pump for regular use.
