I liked the balance and weight of this Gamo 10X Gen 3. The 10 shot mag is a great idea and a really helps to load the next shot quickly especially if you use it for small game hunting .

Dump the non adjusting parallax scope and add a better quality scope with parallax adjustment. This Gamo Swarm Magnum 10X Gen 3 deserves a scope than what it came with. The scope that came with my Gen 3 Eyepiece would not focus and the AO adjustment was not easy to set it was very tight even still without being able to focus it was a no starter to try and sight in. These problems were not worth time or effort to send back for a replacement. I bought a new scope with parallax adjustment smoother eyepiece adjustment and AO setting from 5 yards to infinity. 6 shots and I was hitting groups inside at 46 yards.

This is a quite a hefty rifle to cock and will give you a work out for a morning of 50 shots. Do yourself a favor and upgrade the scope you will enjoy this Gamo a lot more the one it comes with is not worth the time to mount.

This my first purchase of an air rifle. Love the quality and weight. Easy to shoot and very quiet. Very accurate.

I like the style and feel of the gun. It is however my first purchase of an air rifle. I purchased the Gamo Swarm Magnum 10x Gen 3 Mult-shot Air Rifle.

I would definately change the plastic trigger to a Metal trigger and better trigger screw.

An overall great rifle and for me at 5' 6" 138 lbs and 70 yrs old was not difficult to cock. I purchased the .177 model and love it. Ready to get rid of the many squirels that keep trespassing in my yard.

I have the gamo swarm magnum 10x gen2 22 cal and all I can say is to all gamo fans or trying this air rifle for the first time give yhe rifle a chance to go threw the break in period once broke in you will luv it

Should have bought a PCP rifle.

It has a trigger pull compared to a lanyard firing Heavy Artillery. Even using my shooting bench - a comfortable shooting position is hard to find. The reticle went sideways after about 100 shots. The tool to tighten the reticle lock ring should be shipped with the gun. Using a blade screwdriver gives me low confidence the reticle will not stay put. I should have saved the money I spent on this to buy a PCP rifle.

I have a Gamo Swarm Mag Gen 2 in .22. Identical to Gen 3 other than a slight tweak to the actual Swarm unit. First off...absolutely tremendous power. Mine gets 830 fps with FX Heavy (18 grain) for 28 fpe. This tops my Diana 350 .22 by a few fpe. It is highly accurate as well. And at just under 7 pounds it is the lightest mag springer made, great if you are hiking/hunting.

Metal trigger that is a bit 'crisper'. It has a very functional trigger as is but could be improved. Certainly doesn't break like my TX200, my HWs, or any of my Dianas.

Be VERY aware this gun is hard to shoot accurately. My personal Gamo Mag is topped with a Hawke Endurance and total weight is 8 pounds 10 ounces. A super mag springer this light 'jumps' a lot on firing. Once you learn how to shoot it the gun will flat perform. A golf ball at 50 yards is a piece of cake for me with the rifle rested.

Power, one shot kills on ground squirrels . This rifle is very accurate. At 20 yards I can keep most shots within the size if a quarter. Being able to simply cock the rifle 10 times without touching a pellet is a great accomplishment.

I don’t believe there is an easy way to reduce cocking effort. No “free lunch”.

The $20 service only provides chronograph speeds of 20 shots. I was under the impression that the scope would be sighted in.
At 20 yards the pellets were hitting 2 inches to the right and 2 inches low.

Accuracy, velocity, nice scope

I like that I'm the only person in the house that can cock it. I like that it's fast and powerful enough to explode the Firebird targets. It's has more of a kick than my PCP rifles.
