Best fun in a longtime

Nothing

Great service

The Notos is an excellent pcp air rifle. I wish it also came in .25 cal. That would awesome. One note on the negative side was right out of the box I had a 400 psi leak in a 24 hour period. Was leaking from the degassing screw. Tightened it a bit more and that stopped the leak. I like everything about this gun. Also would like to see more muzzle fps.

Price, size, weight. Umarex understates the velocity of these guns. I'm getting 770 fps with 15.9 FX Atomics (20.9 FPE) and 734 fps with JTS 18.1gr (21.7 FPE). Not bad for a backyard plinker. This gun is not pellet picky, but mine does not like 25.39gr pellets. With JTS 18.1 gr pellets I'm getting a SD of 1.0 and an extreme spread of 2 on a 10-shot group.

First, the magazine that ships with this airgun is JUNK. Mine broke almost immediately. I replaced it with 2 CARM 10-shot mags and have not looked back. There's a lot of plastic on this gun, but at the price point it should be expected. Picatinny rail is a bit too small for some applications. I think it would have been better to remove the built-in moderator and ship the gun with a threaded barrel. A little more power (27-30 FPE) and slightly larger air cylinder (30 shots) would be nice

This is a fantastic backyard plinker and small game airgun. I've taken crows and squirrels at 20-35 yards with no problem. Most just dropped like a rock. The built-in moderator keeps it very backyard friendly. Get the 10-for$10. My first Notos had several issues (leaks, safety and trigger problems). The gun was exchanged without any problems and my new Notos has been shooting fantastic for over a year. A plus is the new gun shoots 20fps faster with most pellets.

It's not the BB gun or pellet gun you grew up with.. it's by default ACCURATE. Been shooting Neilson 23g slugs with pinpoint accuracy at 20 yards+. Only downside is that you get 20 shots before you need to refill. I'd recommend at least 2 mags to keep you going reasonable at the range or a hunt It's my main go to rifle for now www.youtube.com/copperstateoutdoors

Bigger tank. 30 shots would about do it.

Great for new and experienced shooters. Great for the backyard. Consider getting a bottle to refill it that can handle 4500psi. This little stinker can fill to 3600 and a 3k psi scuba tank won't get you more than 10-15 shots...

This things is awsome quiet, accurate and light what else can you ask for perfect plinker and small game hunting

Bigger magazine and a little bit more power out of the box i would like it more if the compensator was removeable

I'm getting four mags at roughly 18-19 ft lbs. I'm not going to list velocities because this gun seems to shoot all pellets I've put through it well. I bought this gun to take on week long camping trips where we kayak in and hunt small game, mainly squirrels. In dense woods I rarely shoot over 30 yards. I have other guns, but this one hit all the marks. Small, light, accurate, hand pumpable, I've used, JSB Hades, HN terminators, HN sniper magnums, HN Terminators, HN FTT Power(copper coated) HN baracuda18, HN barracuda hunters, and Crosman Premiers. It didnt like the premiers. All others hit at relitively the same point of impact from 18-30 yards. Now this was relitive to there respective weight, and the Hades were the only pellet with a significant shift in windage( inch at 30 yards). All pellets shot small groups, under 1/2 inch. Except the premiers, which is a little dissapointing only because I have about 4000 premiers on my shelf.

Send two magazines, come on. The stock is a little rattly, and the trigger is heavy, there's a fill probe, and the pressure gauge is on the front of the air cylinder.ALL reasonable compromises. Just send two magazines.

The gun is not perfect. Yet at $269 it would be, if it just came with two magazines.

Size and weight

N/A

Unfortunately mine arrived with a leak even though it was new.

Light, compact, and with very good accuracy. Feels good in the hand.

In filling it with a hand pump, I found I could get to about 3000 psi, but beyond that the fitting started to leak, preventing additional pressure. it actually worked out okay for me, as I shot 3 magazines (21 pellets) and found the pressure was still in the green. It would still be nice to get the max pressure.

While it's not as smooth, etc. as a high-dollar air gun, overall I was quite impressed at it for the price point. I was planning to put a dot sight on it to keep it as compact and light as possible, but I found I needed a riser to get the sights at a comfortable eye level, so I went with a scope instead (the rings put it at the right height). The trigger is reasonable; not match grade, but still pretty crisp. I found that if I backed off the trigger adjustment screw, it lighted it a little but also left a lot of takeup and some grit in the feel. Tightening the screw seemed to remove the takeup and leave a crisp trigger. I haven't measured it, but if feels like it's in the 3 or 4 lb range. Accuracy was quite good, even on a blustery day (just shooting it at 10 yards). No problem with the magazine; it worked fine for me. There's a little stiffness / roughness in the cocking / feeding mechanism, but not bad and I expect it to smooth out with time.

Right out of the box, it shoots great. I am shooting dime size holes ar 35 and 45 yards. Does not seem to be terribly pellet picky. I put a cheap 2.5-10x scope on it, going to make this my new shorter range pesting and target gun. Planning on ditching my Jet1 and using this gun in it's place.

I don't particularly care for the cooking lever, but I have a replacement coming from Maple Custom products. The magazine is as bad as other people's reviews, as well. I also have some expanded mags coming from MCP. One magazine of 7 rounds seems a bit chincy, but I realize this is a price-point kind of gun.

If you are on the fence about buying this gun, get off the fence and pull the trigger. (Pun intended)

Very accurate and quiet easy to work with
