This is a light weight rifle and fairly "neighborhood" quiet especially for a .22. A lightweight rifle that features a reliable stock and grip configuration for quick action.

The air charge system is reliably leaky. <1 year in I had to replace the O-rings and fitting used for filling due to a leak; I have seen multiple other long(er) term reviews that have experienced the same problem.

Trigger and bolt catch mechanism something is wrong in that area and there is a defect with however they have this thing made because before I even adjusted it it started having problems at worked a little bit out the box but then it started not wanting to catch the hammer on the sear when you cock it and I try to adjusting it every which way I could for the trigger to see if it would help but no there's something definitely wrong with it big giant plastic paper weight it'd be better if they made it all out of metal I really think the plastics the problem with this thing

Save your money and buy something else like a stoeger XM1 S4 or Diana Storm Rider gen 1 or Gen 2 if you want something affordable on a budget

Inexpensive, compact and lightweight. Acceptable magazines for the price.

The charging handle design is cheap and clearly not built to last. Reaching it with a scope mounted is awkward and uncomfortable. The stock proportions make the rifle feel awkward. The comb is way too low even with iron sights, and barely a chin weld with a low mounted scope. The trigger is complete garbage although becomes only mostly garbage if you replace the adjustment screw that is actually long enough to do something. The oddly point comb also digs into the back of your hand when you try to cycle the charging handle. The gun isn't really very quiet. It's just barely back yard acceptable, but it's much louder than my diana Bandit in .22 that is way shorter and more powerful. Accuracy is just barely acceptable at this pricepoint,and it's still the best attribute of this rifle. The BSA valve that everyone seems so excited about sucks. It sucks in my Gamo Urban too. Shots string vertically up and then down as you go throught the 40 "good" shots. Even at 25 yards it sucks.

When another $75 will get you an air venturi avenger, I see no reason anyone whould buy the Arrow. I heavily regret it and can only assume that these glowing reviews that convinced meto make this purchase are either paid, fake, or by people who have nothing to compare the Arrow to besides a spring piston Gamo. Don't get suckered into a purchase by these reviews. This gun is poorly designed and poorly executed, and the results are completely disappointing. Maybe 20 years ago this would have been a great budget pcp, but without a regulator, an effective sound moderator, a decent trigger it doesn't compete at all. Save your money a little longer and buy literally any other pcp and you will be much happier. I feellike I got suckered intoi a gun purachse and the thing sucks so bad I would feel bad giving it away to even an enemy. Hot trash again from Gamo.

Initially I purchased the Arrow in .22 liked it so much I ordered the .177 . I strictly hunt with my air rifles , the .22 with the Norma 17.6 grain will place 20 shots into the same hole at 40 yards , it's so predictable and uncanny for a cheap rifle. I now am hunting with the .177 so far best it will do is keep 20 shots under a quarter at 40 yards , the more I shoot the .177 the better it gets , I typically shoot upwards of 500 squirrel a season , walking many miles in the process having retired my Disco as my light weight rifle it has been replaced by the Arrow and the Notos as my carry lot guns both fit the bill for hunting , heavy long range guns get less and less use. Plastic and complaints aside it is simply one of the best platforms for carrying and hunting I have , everything is a compromise and the Arrow fills the bill very nicely. My two Arrows will be the last guns that leave my possession and that says a lot.

I have a feeling these are going by the wayside , get one now while you can , stop complaining about the plastic it holds up to my abuse.

I am extremely pleased with the Gamo Arrow. This is my first PCP air gun, But my second Gamo.The Arrow is easy to use very accurate and quiet. I get 50 shots out of one filling. There is a slight drop after the 40th pellet, but not bad. Pyramid was great and handled the sale perfectly. The videos provided by Pyramid, are outstanding and make research easy and accurate.

I would not change anything. With more experience, I might purchase regulated PCP guns.

I believe strongly that you can count on Gamo air rifles and you can count on Pyramid to do an outstanding job.

So Far Nothing, For The Price It's A Good Deal!

Gamo made this an entry level economy level PCP Air Rifle and they used a lot of plastic In It's construction, I don't have a problem with that but just be aware! So far It's exceeded my expectations but I've only had It for a month and only fired approximately 100 pellets through It!

This is the first PCP rifle I have, I do have several pumps and brake barrel rifles during my life time. This is a whole new world. I really do appreciate Pyramyd and there servase. Reading the reviews and doing the recomendations of having Pyramyd do all the checks was well worth what little they charge for them. I love the gun for what it is I have two other Gamo rifles, for the money they are hard to beat.

I bought this rifle a little over a year ago, and it worked great for about nine months of not very heavy usage. It was accurate, very quiet, and functioned reliably. Then one day I pulled the trigger and heard a click, but no air and pellet did not fire. It has a three year warranty so I thought I was all set. I sent it in for repairs, and the shipping was $45 to the repair facility and $15 for their return shipping. (S. FL to Arkansas). Repair rep said a valve had broken in the gun and they would replace the valve. When I got the gun back, it worked for another five months until I was shooting today and pulled the trigger and 'click" no air and pellet did not fire. I don't think I will spend another $60 on shipping to re-repair a $200 gun. At the time I bought this gun I also bought a cheap ($230) no-name Chinese pcp compressor from Amazon. It's odd that the compressor has functioned without issue while the Gamo gun from a European factory has failed twice.
