Accuracy terrible at 23 yd you can't get inside of 4 in 25 yd worse 30, 40 50 yd really really bad. I've tried all the ammo they make for it. It's really bad. Tried four different Scopes for it. Still doesn't help. This rifle is not worth the money. Pyramid Air. Greg lied

I would not recommend other than air Venturi adventure. 25 caliber is extremely accurate at 25 to 50 yd kill squirrels and rabbits all day long. Other than that like Greg said kill groundhogs. He lied it. Don't buy something else

the hardware and parts are cheaply made this is the only rifle in a PCP I have had jam itself the jamming issue is how I found out about bad screws have to remove the front pic rail section to remove the barrel they will strip if you look at them wrong had this issue on a notos as well the hardware was trash

umarex customer service is very rude good luck getting help from them on parts I live off grid they flat out refused to ship screws UPS and refuse to give you specs of the screws you need buy umarex at your own peril in general is my advice

The trigger performance over all of the rifle accuracy is fantastic

It's loud, not backyard friendly from noise

Finally got a chance to use this today and could not even charge it with my compressor. Air was leaking out of the barrel. It held air with the lever cocked. but air continued to leak out the barrel after depressing the trigger. I ordered the 10 shots package hoping any bugs would get worked out. So much for that waste of money.

I have the original g2 .30 and never had to de gass it well the screw is stripped pa don’t carry but got me in touch with mason at umarexusa he was on it got me a new screw on the way only took 10 minutes

Accuracy and power

in my opinion, the trigger is horrible. And I'm not alone there. Hajimoto Productions has real two-stage triggers for it, Siri better regulator system and more.

I really love this gun. When tuned properly and with the right pellet or slug, it can give you half inch groups at 100 yards. You definitely will need a moderator on this gun and I suggest either the Donny, FL Ronan, Sumo or Yokozuna. Once you have a better trigger from Hajimoto, you'll find that you're shooting more accurately with this gun. It's a great value but that's obvious and sometimes they were on sale for unbelievable prices. I would not recommend getting a used one, because you never know what it's been through and new ones are inexpensive so that's the route to go. The new SL System is a huge improvement over the bolt in terms of the force required to cock the gun. Because if it's weight, this is not a gun that you walk around in the field with, but I'd be fine in a stand with a tripod. Don't plan on shooting offhand with this because of its weight and balance. I recommend this product even for someone new to PCP rifles. In my experience, it's been very reliable.

Very accurate, and powerhouse .I ran Griffin slugs primarily 60g and 64g. Definitely nice groups at 100y and 75y mine will pass thro a gallon jug cap on and still blow out the seams and pass thro easely..

Id add a better regulator .and power plum

I upgrade mine for my likeing. It was good to see there was regulators and other accessories for it. Its been a yr now and still going good

Lightweight, very accurate out to 100yds in .30cal. I took it to a local range to zero scope and was at the 100yd range side and was dropping nickel sized groups using 52gr Griffin slugs, and blasting out the dirt catch-wall sitting 25yds behind it. I used H&N's Slug HP II's in 54gr as well with matching results. It quite wowed those there shooting their centerfires. Next time, I will move over to the 200yd range side and go to work with it. Lots of power with no noticeable recoil, but she is a HEAVY gun. Very solid gun. Got more shots off one fill than advertised. I brought pellets but was having too much fun with the slugs.

Weight would be my biggest complaint, but I am not a little guy. Only noticeable thing is center of gravity. One would expect it in one place by the design but it is very forward heavy. Even my 2lb UTG scope didn't counterbalance enough. Even in the military I was not a fan of M-Lok slots but there's ways around.

Although you can shoot freehand, be mindful of the weight. Get yourself a set of inexpensive M-Lok picatinny rails for your accessories. You will want to put a lightweight bi-pod on it or shoot off a rest or bags. It will make an excellent field gun if you hook a strap on it because as I stated, it is heavy. Because of its fill capacity you will want to use a compressor or tank. My compressor did take an extra six minutes to fill this compared to my other PCPs. I didn't have a chronograph with me, but from squeeze of trigger to hole downrange was seriously quick! It gains respect on the range, let me tell you. It is a loud gun, and although I didn't need them at the range, I would use one of the moderators I purchased for it in the field.

I've finally put about 200 shots through this gun and used a better chronograph. In a string of 10 shots using my Caldwell true ballistics chronograph I got a low of 876 and a high of 882 with Duplicates at 879 and 880 a few times. This is using JSB 25.39 shallow Monster Redesigns. Accuracy at 25yds is phenomenal I had 2 5 shot groups smaller than a dime The really small cheap chrongraph from Amazon was showing anywhere from 826-850 fps now I know it's way off and I need to retune all my other guns. Mine is a .22 btw. So about 43.5 ft lbs with a .22 is pretty nice IMO. It's not loud and operates very smoothly too. I'm very surprised how docile it feels for the amount of power it makes. I really like this gun a lot.

Nothing

Make sure the Allen head screw for bleeding the air is tight before you first fill it. Mine came in the box loose and had me worried at first that my gun leaked but it doesn't that screw being loose was all it was.

I love everything about my gauntlet SL 25 so far. This bad boy is solid and very powerful! A BEAST! As soon as i get more time outside, ill back and add anything if i feel something should be reported.

As far as changing anything? not really anything i can think of just yet.
