Things I Liked

It fit me well and I liked the build quality of everything. Not a single part of the rifle felt cheap.

Things I Would Have Changed

It is extremely heavy for what it is. Don't downplay that if you're planning on using it as a varmint rifle. I never got to actually test it since it irreparably leaked straight out of the box. It leaked out the regulator breather hole and I couldn't get it to seal up. I think it was a manufacturing defect as none of the seals were damaged... Perhaps a hairline scratch in the pressure tube or something.

What Others Should Know

I really wanted to like this rifle and expected leaks since it's is known for that... I wasn't expecting it leaking how it did. I ended up returning it and ordered an Avenge-x bullpup instead...

If you do still buy this rifle, BUY THE 24 HR LEAK DOWN TEST SERVICE! Had I done that I would probably still have the rifle.

I would think you just got a bad one, as the one I received visually looked good and the amount of air they shipped in the unit is still at the same pressure today. I had them do a 10 for 10 test. This rifle is a little on the heavy side better start lifting your weights .... or this gun a bunch of times :)

I have never had any leaks in the 3 Airacuda Max that I have/had. Have .30 still now.

Things I Liked

Made well...no.plastic cheap parts. Nice gauges and in the right placement on gun.Nice materials overall.I recently purchased the .30 cal. Shoots NSA slugs great! Dead nuts on at 50yrds. I've yet to chrony but plan to soon.

Things I Would Have Changed

Make regulator so it's easily adjustable. This gun has way more potential power that could be squeezed out with an adjustable reg.

What Others Should Know

Gun looks beautiful and is a lotta gun for the money!
I read reviews where ppl knocked the weight...I don't see weight as an issue given the fact it's well built!!

Great gun, I love mine in .30 but don't count on ANY support from JTS, not even a return call or email.

My Aiacuda was the same with the Cap, But I just wrapped a Wash rag around it, and with a Pair of Channel Locks it came right off. No scratches! lol "Old School"

Thanks for the review, and updates. I’m going to keep an eye on the review section for this bullpup. Definitely an interesting prospect in the under $500 PCP category. Only big problem I see on paper is the weight.

Update: Shoots .30 cal. NSA slugs and JSB at avg 849fps. using FXchrony.

Note: The screw cap at end of shroud does come off but may need heated. The thread is m18 not 1/2-20 so you'll need to purchase an additional adapter if your suppressor is 1/2-20.
