A true hunter for light game. Light and easy to wield. Lends itself to a red dot as well as a scope. Can increase/decrease power. Accepts a moderator easily (much needed on this one). Good folding stock. Overall, a good solid build. Very smooth operation. Much cheaper than it could be that's for sure.

I would like to see a true handle on the charging lever. Ambidextrous would be nice. The biggest change would be to be able to adjust power without degassing the gun.

All things considered this is a excellent choice for anyone beginner or seasoned user. It's made well and feels like a true piece of working art. YOU WILL WANT something to moderate the noise. This pistol/rifle is very loud.

This is a great little pistol/carbine. I get 20 good shots out if it with a variety of pellets. The airgun wears a PARD 256Q thermal scope is great for picking off vermin at night. Average distance has been 35 yards and very lethal with properly placed head shots.

Adjustablilty, easy caliber switch, great performance for the size. I have it with .177 and .25 calibers. I like them both but use the .177 more.

I leave mine charged and haven't had any leaks after several months. The folding stock on mine has a tiny amount of play when extended and locked but the way I hold it to my shoulder keeps it fixed for stability so it is not a problem for performance for me. I am very pleased with the microstrike and use is often.

Thought this was great portable carbine, which the form factor is. But the POS began leaking air after about three months. I have several PCP rifles/pistols and NONE of them leak. I followed up by buying the AV Alpha. Had I know it was available, I would have NEVER bought the MS.

How about not leaking??????

Don't waster your money - get the alpha for over $100 less - and it does not leak........

I've had the Microstrike for several months now and feel its time to give my review. This is my first pcp pellet gun. I shoot and give instruction with "real" firearms pretty weekly. So I am familiar with guns in general. I purchased a .22 cal version. I mounted a Sig Whiskey 3x9 scope and have tried out several different moderators. Microstrike is a blast to shoot. No recoil, it's so quiet I can hear the pellet impact an evil squirrel at 25 yards. As far as accuracy, this Microstrike is minute of squirrel head at 50 yards. I had it tuned at the shop when I purchased it. It drops squirrels and birds easily at distances of 50 yards. I haven't shot any game further than 50 yards as I want to insure clean kills. I get around 20 shots before the poi starts dropping. I find the trigger to be comfortable and smooth. I read a few reviews complaining about the stock and grip. I find them comfortable and tight. If your on the fence jump off and buy one. Its a great tool and a blast to shoot.

The stock sights are poor at best. I take pride in being able to shoot just about anything and hit what I'm shooting at. Its a c*** shoot with the stock sights.

I didn't find out till I got the delivery which was .177cal, i originally ordered it in .25cal configuration & when i purchased the .25cal barrel kit separately there was no .25cal probe nor was i ever told that that's separate. So I'd change that part of the sale

I don't want anyone thinking that it happens all the time cause it doesn't.

Love this gun. I think people are not reading the description completely. Yes it can get 27 foot pounds in 22. And yes it could get 27 shots but that is tuned with 15.9 grain pellets going 630 as it says in the description I purchased this 22 caliber for planking purposes I have an fx impact m4 that I can use for power. So I turn this to shoot three magazines full that's 30 shots. My tune is 1,600 on the reg hammer spring all the way out (like I said this needs a lighter hammer spring) Shooting 14.3 crosman premieres I am getting $760 ft per second which is 18.3 ft lb and like I said 30 shots. If I had more hammer spring I do not gain any more velocity 760 fps average 9 spread 3.5 sd I think it can be more efficient with a lighter hammer spring 1200 on the reg hammer spring all the way out I can get over 45 shots at 650 feet per second

Purchased this originally as a Secondary Weapon, It's now my go-to Rat, Target & Vermin getter. Once again the Wonderful Crew at Pyramid Air were Prompt, Courteous & Knowledgeable!

.25 caliber paired with a UTG Bugbuster scope: The overall form factor is clean with a minimum of unnecessary bits and pieces.The build quality and finish will make you forget you only paid $400 dollars. Accurate for a 10" barrel. Love the included o-ring kit! I would buy again.

...But it is a $400 gun and there are some questionable design choices when you look a little deeper. Example: the end cap that retains the hammer spring and mounts the cocking lever is located by two tiny dowel pins and the top and two very tiny (M2?) screws at the lower edge. This hasn't been a problem yet, but the stock also mounts to the cap and I can see being able to lever the end cap off pretty easily with careless handling. The barrel is located by two dowel pins and retained by two set screws and I've noticed that the alignment of the barrel can be changed slightly by the order in which you tighten them and how much you tighten them. As far as I can tell so far it stays put after tightening but I'd feel more confident with more robust locating features that pull the barrel against the receiver. The safety button is easy to inadvertently hit and set to safe when re-cocking. When servicing be wary of sharp edges on o-ring grooves and ports. Use Locktite when reassembling.

The gun cycled flawlessly at first but after a 100 shots or so the hammer would not stay back when cocking. I disassembled it an found a tiny burr on the sintered steel sear limiting its travel. A touch with a very fine file and all is well so far. The position of the stock means you will need high scope mount rings to be able to sight easily. The dovetail clamp attaching the stock does not fit the dovetail on the end cap. A gap is left that allows the stock to shift side to side. Also, the locking pin and hinge have pretty loose tolerances making the stock feel less than secure. I addressed both of these by adding thin neoprene rubber shims in the gaps. With what I consider middle of the road tuning (2500 psi on the regulator and middle of hammer spring force adjustment) I'm only getting 16-18 shots per fill before it's off the regulator. Of course It is a very compact reservoir and that's the trade off. Luckily it shoots well down to about 2200 psi.

I love the Micro strike adjustability. This little platform really gives your options. It's light weight and easy to carry on a long hike.

Needs a hand guard and luckily Bravo3d makes one that is simple to install and has pica tinny and Mlok slots. www.bravo3d.com
