Remington Auto-Reset Knockdown Target, Wild Hog, Shoot to Reset, 2 Kill-Zone Reducers, Ground Spike

Target has a kill zone that can be reduced 2x with the attached reducers. The smallest kill zone (0.50") is shown above. The kill zone falls back when you shoot a pellet into it. If a pellet splits, it may not have sufficient energy to knock it back. Shoot the hanging disk to reset the kill zone.

Target shown from the back, where the 2 kill-zone reducers are shown hinged to the target. Use either the larger kill zone that's in the body of the target, or slide down one of the kill-zone reducers.

When you hit the kill zone with a pellet, it flips back and out of the way. Hit the yellow disk hanging below the target face to reset the kill zone.

This shoot-to-reset wild hog target requires no string and resets when you shoot the reset plate that hangs down. Have hours of uninterrupted shooting fun!

Shoot-to-reset targets are already being used by British field target shooters, so the mechanism's been tested and shown to be reliable. Most field targets have reset strings, so this is an improvement over the stringed ones that have been used for decades.

Field targets can help you hone your shooting skills. If you start off with the largest kill zone, which is 1.50", and then use the reducers as you get better and better, you'll become a better marksman and start beating the competition.

Because the target is metal, make sure everyone in the area wears safety glasses since pellets can ricochet. Be sure to also remove all pets from the area to prevent injury from ricochets.

Things I liked: Every, detail as described. I would buy again." Make a note ,this is not a Full Popper type knock down Steel target. The Thickness of the steel designed for 177 cal to 22 cal lead Pellet's Only." I would not try 22 LR at all on this target. I tried steel BB's at 30 yards and there is definable ricochet..lead pellets do Smash and drop.put a white piece of cloth down and you will see for your self.

Things I would have changed: I knew the Target was Knock down bulls eye only .But Maybe some day maybe the engineers will build a ,popper type target Stand for it. All in all easy set up and " The Hard part is the Skill test, is required to hit clean shots through the Sight Picture rings."

What others should know: Note; tilt this target forward.using a protractor scale ruler,5 degree forward, like real Ar500 to make sure your range is safe with a good back drop.and look for spent pellets.to pick up..I live in BLM Country and we Keep our ranges clean Where I live especially ricochet..." Remember Adult Supervised with Kids, under legal hunting age who are getting started. and introduced to real firearms."
