Things I liked: accuracy is one of the best, 50yards cover 5 shot group with a quarter, that's with Benjamin pellets, haven't tired any thing else yet
Things I would have changed: so far nothing
What others should know: you will be very pleased with the purchase
Things I liked: I like it all. What's to dislike? It's built to last and has impeccable machining. It's as accurate as is possible to make and virtually silent. My Benjamin Marauder was delivered four days ago and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The Marauder is just as accurate at fifty yards as it is at twenty-five yards (quarter sized grouping). I'm sure the grouping is the same because of my failure to hold perfectly, otherwise the group would have spread with the longer travel. Also I noted that the gun came with a test target that was done at the factory at ten yards and the grouping of five shots were all in the same exact hole. They say silence is golden, and all I can say is the Marauder is Platinum. I cant believe that the gun is virtually silent. I can make more noise smacking my lips. The gun is a dream and I hope not to wake up any time soon.
Things I would have changed: Not a damn thing. I'm 71 years old and the hand pumping is tiring, but at least I have been able to fire three magazines (30 rounds) with pressure a drop from 3000 psi to 1500 psi with no loss of accuracy. An electric pump would be nice if one can afford $500 or a pressurized tank system would be great also. Let's face it, I'm retired and pumping the gun is about the only exercise I get now so I guess I shouldn't change that.
What others should know: Twenty years ago I bought a Smith and Wesson pump-handled 22 cal. pellet rifle that was the cats meow. I always pumped it 15 to 20 times and I had never had a more accurate weapon. I could drop a rabbit at seventy yards with no fear of a wounding shot. After twenty years the internal seals failed and I had to trash the gun. I bought a Ruger Yukon and then a Benjamin Trail NP2 but the accuracy was not there. Both the Yukon and Benjamin Trail were very quiet with good suppression. The Benjamin was more quiet than the Yukon. I decided to buy a PCP pellet rifle because without a moving piston I figured it might be just as accurate as my old Smith and Wesson. After reading all the information and reviews I decided not to spend the big bucks for a British-made Air Arms pellet rifle and settled for the Benjamin Marauder .22 because it was not an exorbitant price and it had a good-sized air reservoir and had a magazine. The Marauder is just as accurate as my Smith and Wesson and the design and finishing are an engineer’s joy.
Things I liked: Ordered the . 25 cal Marauder for pigeon abatement and paid the extra $25 to have the bolt reversed for a lefty. A week later I received a .22 cal Marauder set up for a lefty. Sent it back. I had a suspicion that they would forget to reverse the bolt, so I sent them an email reminding Pyramid to do so-- did not receive a reply. Sure enough yesterday the .25 cal arrived w/o the bolt reversed. The customer service person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. I asked for a supervisor or someone who knew about guns -- request ignored. Again I was told by the rep that she had no idea what I was talking about, again I asked for a supervisor and again ignored. Finally the rep looked at the order and told me that left hand set up in the original order (wrong gun) was given to me complimentary -- like why did that even matter? I explained that no, I had indeed paid the $25 for the service which she finally conceded. The whole conversation was so disturbing that I decided rather than
Things I would have changed: send the 2nd gun back , I would just cancel the whole order. ( a decision I regret b/c I really want the gun according to the specs I ordered and paid for. ) For some reason I expected a degree of empathy and accountability from the customer service rep, but the big picture is that there seems to be a whole lot of not paying attention going on at Pyramid.

Does anyone know where I can get a factory regulator for the .25 Maurader? I know that they have it installed on the ones in the Custom shope, but what if I want to put it on my own Maurauder?
I would like to mount an ATN X-Sight II 5-20x on a Benjamin Maurader .22. Anyone have a link to a proper adapter for this sight to the dovetail on the rifle that puts this sight in a good location for eye contact?
How do I release the air pressure from my Benjamin marauder. I just received my new gun from pyramid air and there was no tool to release the pressure?
You'll need to get one of these: Degassing Tool, Fits Benjamin Marauder... Or you can dry fire the gun down until empty, though that will take awhile.
To fill your PCP gun:
1.Pick a source of air shown at right
2.If an adapter is needed, one will be shown
3.Add both to your cart to get hooked up
