Things I liked:

Looks, especially with a decent set up. Kind of bad ass. Very hard hitting, fun to shoot. An overall good, powerful gun that is a lot of fun to shoot.

Things I would have changed:

The trigger! Very hard pull. I did adjust the length of the pull with the set screw ( 3 full turns) which helped a lot but the force needed to fire is still too hard and it's easy to pull off target. The cocking effort is a bit tough but would not exchange that for loss of power. Drop the included scope and replace it with standard front iron and removable carry handle sight carry handle. Let us choose our own optics. Quite it down. It's loud, very loud. A softer butt plate would have been nice.

What others should know:

I gave this gun 5 stars despite the flaws. For the money and for the sheer fun I love this thing. It shoots hard, has some kick, and hits hard. Scary looking from a bit of distance. I have shot numerous types of pellets. With the RWS Powerball and H&N Barracuda green alloy, I can easily and consistently punch through .020 steel plates. The trigger is an issue. I've adjusted mine, helped but I am tempted to tear into it and modify with the bearing concept. (You-tube Crosman trigger fix). It is a tough gun to cock, but the power makes it tolerable and would not trade ease for power. Due to the hard trigger pull I have a hard time grouping well. Aiming up and to the left though I can group well. I take that as an adjustment for my tendency to pull off due to the hard trigger. I'm over 2000 rounds the feeling is that it is just getting broke in. Still playing with multple pellet types. It has no problem with heavier pellets. Pellets below 7g breaks the sound barrier and sounds like a 22.

Things I liked:

Really like the styling on the rifle power accuracy is very good power is great weight is about the same as my Bushmaster xm 15 a3 but I have the older version designated MTR77NP mine likes the crosman premier 7.4 grain power point pellets I removed the center point scope that came with it and replaced it with the carry handle with dual appature peep sights and Apost front sight I can pick off 12 ounce soda cans at 75 yards it's chronographed at 1140 fps with about 25fpe it's an all around great rifle for the price I have had it about 2 years and it gets better the more I shoot it

Things I would have changed:

It could be a bit quieter tighten up the mag well it rattles a little change the safety from in front of the trigger make the trigger a little more adjustable and make some type of plugs to cover the screw holes in the butt stock and make the sling rings swivel the scope center point is ok but can be knocked out of adjustment after a few shots so in my opinion it's just a half average spotting scope that's why I put on the carry handle last thing the piccatinny rail up front on the barrel needs to be locked where it don't move I put a set screw in mine magazine could be a couple inches longer for a more authentic look

What others should know:

Great rifle just try different pellet types and weights to find the ones your rifle likes best I tried about 20 different weights types and brands

Things I liked:

Powerful and weight is similar to a real AR! I have owned mine for over 2 years and still love it! It came with a cheap scope but was able to dial it in okay! I bought a strap for it and the swivels work fine for me! It has been very accurate!

Things I would have changed:

The trigger needs work but have seen a fix, a better scope and I think anyone would love this gun!

What others should know:

Nothing, I love mine it looks and feels real cool!

  • Tim from USA asked:

The trigger is horrible, has anyone found a replacement or some way to make it smoother? Does Charlie da tuna make one? I screwed mine all the way in and all the way out and everywhere in between and it still feels like a 10 pound pull that is dragging across sandpaper. Also what kind of pellets work? Mine shot best with RWS supermags, but it is pretty inaccurate at 30 yards. It's not broke in though, maybe it will get better.

    • Steven from USA answered:

There are several videos on YouTube showing how to improve the trigger greatly by using a 2.5 mm bearing found in hobby shops that deal with rc cars. Makes a world of difference

  • Nam from USA asked:

Are you able to change out the buttstock?

    • oats from USA answered:

      No .

  • Garry from USA asked:

Is this compatible with standard AR iron sights ?

    • Gregory from Canada answered:

Yes, it comes with the standard picatinny rail.
