I like the description: dome, weight, and velocity, it shot well in my .22 caliber Umarex Octane, Benjamin Summit, and my Umarex Gauntlet-2 pcp.
Things I would have changed:Nothing. I bought this pellet for its description.
What others should know:I did a 3 shot chronograph shooting my .22 caliber Umarex Gauntlet-2. The results were: 1143, 1140, and 1140 fps. All shots fired broke the sound barrier. I shot a 6 shot accuracy test at 85 feet at a 12x10 box with a 3 inch Birchwood Casey stick on Target Spot. 5 out of 6 shots hit the 3 inch circle target. The 3rd shot barely missed. I had to approach the target to verify that it was a miss. No fliers. I recommend the .22 caliber pellet, and will purchase again. Get a chronograph. WoodysWorld.

What others should know:Tried these in my gamo magnum ( I know for pcp )Shot 15 rounds and everyone of them cracked the sound barrier. GTO at 11.75 were no problem . Shot great in my Roger impact . Lower power rifles ok but not a magnum

I know these are fine for small pests, but are these going to do the job shooting woodchucks through a Swarm Maxxim at about 20-30 yards?
They are probably to light to be effective. You need mass. A 14 or 18 gr pellet will be more effective.
Has anyone shot these through the Gamo Swarm Maxxim? YouTube has the velocity at 910fps. Is this too fast for the pellet to be accurate?
Generally speaking, the faster the pellet, the higher the accuracy potential. Time of flight is reduced, and that means external forces (like wind) have less time to act upon the projectile's.flight path. Conventional wisdom says a heavier pellet will be affected less by factors like wind, so it is more accurate in a breeze. It sounds right, but it is not. Because it is heavier, it is slower, and because of that, its time of flight is longer. More time in the air equals more time to be acted upon by external forces. 910 FPS will account for a short time of flight with great accuracy potential. A headshot or a heart/lung shot will easily take out a woodchuck, raccoon, rabbit, or squirrel. You might be ready to respond with something like this: "But what about foot-pounds of energy at the target?" The lighter pellet impacts at a much higher velocity than the heavier one. The only way the heavier pellet will deliver more energy to the target than the lighter pellet is if both pellets were traveling at the same speed. But that isn't the case. The lighter pellet is moving at a much higher velocity than the heavier projectile and as a result, will have more energy to shed in the target.
I've shot almost a full tin through a Swarm Maxxim and they're very accurate.
