Available in .177, .22 and .25 caliber versions, the Hatsan Flash Wood QE PCP air rifle packs a host of valuable features into the classic good looks of a lightweight, hardwood stock featuring a pistol grip, cheek rest and rubber butt pad. Its fully shrouded, QuietEnergy barrel and integrated sound moderator help make this beauty the perfect backyard, neighborhood-friendly plinker that’s approximately 50 percent quieter than previous models.
Hatsan’s Flash Wood QE PCP air rifle is capable of 1,250 (.177), 1,120 (.22) and 900 (.25) feet-per-second muzzle velocities and produces muzzle energies of up to 29 FPE (.177), 38 FPE and 40 FPE (.25) for powerful, consistent results with every shot. Just fill its fixed, 165cc air cylinder to capacity (200 BAR) and you’re good to go with anywhere from 20 to 35 shots at optimal velocity, depending on the caliber selected.
Add a scope (not included) to the Flash Wood QE’s combination 11mm/22mm dovetail rail and zero in on countless hours of backyard fun, varmint abatement or harvesting small game. There’s also a picatinny rail beneath the forearm for attaching accessories like lights and lasers. The ambidextrous, all-weather, lightweight hardwood stock features checkering on its integrated pistol grip and forend for better control and classic, long-gun feel.

Things I would have changed:An 800 # for customer service that doesn't go through a maze of DOZENS of other products they want to sell: healthcare, insurance, etc, etc!
What others should know:Original rifle delivered would not hold a charge, cylinder leaked. Pyramidair provided a shipping label for return and replaced the rifle within 2 days with one they actually tested before sending. Good customer service!

Does this gun have a threaded barrel for a silencer?

Is the Umarex ReadyAir Portable Compressor compatible with the Hatsan Flash?
Does anyone know if there is a picatinny rail that is the normal size that will fit the existing screw holes? The one it comes with is too narrow and nothing fits it.
The Hatsan Flash optics rail is an 11mm dovetail. Not weaver.

Wow. Once this gun is sighted in, headshots on rabbits are A SURE THING! Have taken quite a few at 40 yds. Anything closer than that feels like cheating. Also with infrared scope have dropped racoons with precise headshots too.
Things I would have changed:Bolt action could be a bit smoother, and would like feature to stop from loading more than one pellet.
What others should know:This is an awsome gun. Great for plinking but definitely deadly on small game. Loving it!!!!!
