Cheap and fun to shoot at

Like another reviewer, I thought this would be made of soft rubber. However, when following directions (lay face down on a towel at room temp), they just pop out on their own. I combine these with eco-ammo (non-plastic that eventually dissolves) and it's win-win: no bbs left and shattered targets that melt away. I used to make my own ice targets with soft rubber lids, but this is faster. The sale price of $9.99 make it a good deal.

I'm fine with it the way it is. Anything I could think of (eg, larger targets) would probably be impractical to find room in the freezer.

You CAN try making your own first, to see if it's what you want to try ice targets, but with a sale price of 9.99, it's not too much of a loss if you end up not using it much.

Everything, these Ecotarget Ice Target Molds are Awesome!! The plastic that these molds are made out of are not that cheap, bend it just a little and it breaks plastic. So theyll most likely last a very long time. Id also like to add that, yea, the plastic is nice and thick, yet its bendable enough, you can bend the tray to release your ice targets with very little effort. If you decide to buy multiple trays they do stack up nicely in the freezer. The actual ice targets are nice and wide, which makes it very easy to set them up. I shot these ice targets with a very low FPS and they just disappeared, so much fun with absolutely no clean up, LOVE IT!! Also the price for these Ecotarget trays are more than fair!!

OMG! This thing is GREAT! When I make just plain ice targets, they EXPLODE when hit with a good pellet. When I make a pykrete target, sometimes the gun just puts a hole in it and knocked it over, so we just shoot it again and again till its done. In any case.... NO CLEAN UP FROM A REACTIVE TARGET!!! This thing is GREAT! Buy 3... Because you shoot at least 10 per hour... and it only makes 5 big targets per 2 hours in the fridge.....

Buy this for fun reactive targets you dont have to clean up after.

Cheap. Makes endless free targets. Nice target sizes and markings. Can make any color you can create. Makes a decent number of targets per batch and freezers quickly

Its not as hard to use as others have said. Just takes some extra knowledge. Spray the pan within Pam or others cooking oils before filling, they will pop right out with no effort. It is a decent size, it will take up length in the freezer. Make sure you make a couple batches before you go out shooting

this is a fun target to shoot with anything. what is really nice is you can make more targets for years to come.

not as cool as I had hoped hard to fit in freezer if you store lots of food in there,hard to get out in one piece, not good in the summer ,will give it another chance in winter

The targets are really neat. I had to make room in my freezer to fit in one tray, but if you have more room or live where its cold you could buy a few to make more targets at a time. Fun to make targets out of kool-aid or whatever else so they're different colors. Mom noted you could make Jell-o Jigglers with it.

I may not have read the description properly, but I was sort of expecting it to be made out of that flexible stuff some other ice trays are made of. They are big, rigid racks. Not a big deal, just gotta be a little more careful when removing the targets. (I.E: follow the gentle directions) The small targets are -pretty- small, but that just makes you shoot better.

Kids love it, ice is nice on a hot day, and they give a nice little explosion if your gun is hot enough. (.22 LR for the win!)
