Things I liked:

Everything, this scope is awesome

Things I would have changed:

I would like if the end of the sunshade was threaded so you could put the scope cap on with the sunshade attached, but still the best scope I have.

What others should know:

I think this is the best scope you can buy from pyramyd. It is very bright, even at 32x, colors are true, and focuses in very sharp. The illumination only lights up a very small crosshair in the center of the reticle, which I like. The SR Pro reticle is great, and if you use chairgun you will be able to print scope cap labels with your yardages on them. It is long, and heavy, but if your considering this scope, you dont care about that, you just want the best scope and this is it.

Things I liked:

I did not care for this scope at all ,I'll always give an honest and fair review so here goes.no1 the glass was horrible in this scope for the money I would have thought it would have been premo but it wasn't it actually was like looking thru a dusty scope. Also the lens covers were screw on instead of flip up which were noisy when taken off and since I always leave mine on until I get to where I'm hunting I found that very incovienet .On the plus side it was well made I just think it was well over priced ,I returned mine and got an endurance alot more scope

Things I would have changed:

The glass, the lens covers ,and it would be an awesome scope

What others should know:

Yea get a hawk endurance less money and very awesome scop

    Verified Purchase

    Things I liked:

Clear view and side focus wheel, locking turrets, metal lens covers that stay open or closed, focus wheel, tools to lock lens covers, shade, extra batteries, secure packing over other "high -end" scopes, value package over competition, close focus ability.

    Things I would have changed:

    NA

    What others should know:

    Adjustable scope mounts good option

    Things I liked:

This scope is great! I got my three turkeys this spring season in California. One was at 74 yards, perfect head shoot. This is quite a scope for the money. I shoot long distance rifle and this scope is close to scopes that cost 6 times as much.

    Things I liked:

Excellent quality, sturdy build, exquisitely accurate, and great glass. The turret adjustments are very accurate and the clicks are solid and precise. I like the metal lens covers and metal sunshade. This thing is durable and precise!

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing. It is exactly what I want in a scope.

    What others should know:

I bought this to use with a BKL adjustable base mount on a Texan. For me it is a perfect matchup. It is built solid and sturdy. Sunshade, flip up metal lens covers, side focus, red or green illuminated reticle..... all top notch and durable. One year after purchasing and still delighted with it, so much so that I wanted to write this review to help others make the decision to make the purchase.

    Things I liked:

Big scope. Love the high power to sight in small targets such as rodents. I have had a number of 'front adjustment parallax' scopes, and the side adjustment on this scope is worlds better and faster. Quality seems good for a scope of this price range.

    Things I would have changed:

Big, heavy. When the scope is added to a wood-stock Benjamin Marauder PCP, it has the weight of a WWII military rifle. The optics are not quite as clear as I had hoped, but very serviceable.

    What others should know:

Great optics for an airgun or small caliber firearm such as an HMR .17. I will stick with Schmidt-Bender for the big calibers ($3,000).

    Things I liked:

Brightness, clarity, magnification, SR recticle. I have an earlier model on my FWB Field Target rig and love it. Just purchased a new model to place on a custom .308 Xtreme. You can clearly see the rounds go down range.

    Things I would have changed:

The price could be lower but you get what you pay for in this price range. Still a great value.

    What others should know:

This new version has addressed the two most common complaints of earlier versions - the fancy box is now gone - replaced by a very nice cardboard box. The screw-on lens caps are now some pretty heavy duty flip-up type. I actually prefer the screw-type for their simplicity. The new flip-up style caps are threaded into the lens recesses and require the use of special wrenches to remove (the wrenches are included). The sun shade also appears to be more robust on the newer model as well. This is an awesome scope. It is also a large scope - with or without the sun shade. If you have the cash, this is a great value.

This is a top quality scope. The 8-32 power let's you make those long distance shots. The SRPro reticle gives plenty of holdover points.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    Things I liked:

High magnification and the ease with which it is to quickly focus on the correct aimpoint. On my gun, each line is zeroed with about 6 yrds between them. Makes it easy to figure your holdover.

    Things I would have changed:

Glass that remains clear all the way to its highest setting.

    What others should know:

Clarity drops off above 24 magnification. But I would still buy another simply because no one else has anything better in this price range.

    Things I liked:

Sorry if this is a double post - the site gave an error! The bell cover even works with the sunshade. The docs say it doesn't but there is a thread there to secure it. Just don't go overboard! This scope is very accurate and a bit heavy but is perfect for the job. The SR reticle take a bit of getting used to but with the free software you can zero it out to 100yards showing good groups depending on the rifle. Clarity is good up to 24X but further than that and it is a bit gloomy. I usually use 10X to 24X anyway. Loving the IR - it has one center cross which lights up - perfect for low light conditions and iffy backgrounds on your target.

    Things I would have changed:

Better instructions for the larger side wheel installation - by the time I read it I already had it on the parallax knob. The yardage marker accessor should have been tipped in white. Sometime you really have to focus to see the suggested range or maybe my eyes are getting too old. I may touch it up with whiteout or cut a credit card to fabric a pointer as others have done. Also the box is nice but unnecessary unless you want to store it for a longer period.

    What others should know:

It's is a heavy scope but bearable. If you are going to carry your rifle you may want a smaller fixed scope - this will get tiring and susecptible to branches and rocks if you take it in the woods but it does have a sturdy shell. It's perfect for bench rest shooting and general plinking. I already scratched the sun shade by dropping the thing - I'll camo cover it or signature the thing at some point - I'm just glad it was only the sunshade and it is such a small ding - but I see it!!
