    Things I liked:

The sight was pretty easy to site in, the adjusments needed were few. The price is great to, I like it out to about 40ft after that it's more miss than hit.

    Things I would have changed:

nothing really for the price you can replace easy enough

    What others should know:

The site is small so it may be a little hard to use on longer rifles I would stick to less than 40 inches.

    Things I liked:

simplicity of design and ease of setup. - I mounted 2 on a pair of SP-2 pistols and they made a great team.

    Things I would have changed:

On 1 of 3 ordered- the battery box hold down screw and battery broke off in shipment. The red dot (even with 2 settings is a little big.

    What others should know:

If your getting double dots- take off your glasses. Something about the reflective pane doesn't like glasses.

    Rating 4.04.0 4.0

    Things I liked:

Small profile, lightweight, good variable eye relief, very economical, it does the job quite well.

    Things I would have changed:

The battery contact post inside the battery compartment is much too fragile and broke off when I opened the compartment in two of the three I've bought. I was as careful as I could be when opening the compartment but care didn't seem to make any difference. A simple, safe way to remove the cover would be nice.

    What others should know:

I fixed one of the two broken electrical contacts with super glue but the other one seems determined to stay broken regardless of attempts to glue it back in place. There is not much gluing area to work with and assuring electrical contact is tricky.

    Things I liked:

When set right seems to sight in well.

    Things I would have changed:

Stronger base for battery hold down set screw.

    What others should know:

Did not read directions for battery removal so don't know if i screwed up, but when removing battery by trying to slide it out the base for hold down set screw broke and this for two sights bought. So I would suggest to remove screw. Also may need locktight for the slight adjustment nuts it gets loose and sight wobbles.

    Things I liked:

This device takes guns with mediocre sights and consequently poor accuracy and gives them a new life, making them fun to shoot and much more enjoyable for their owner. I really like the compactness and Pyramyd's price.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    Things I liked:

About as good as you can get unless you spend upward of $30 for one. Easy to adjust and accurate for a pellet pistol (you only need to go out 30 feet or so). Probably would want something better if you have a rifle. I use it on a Crosman 1377.

    Things I would have changed:

    marking for direction on adjusters.

    What others should know:

If you want a cheap useful sight for under 50 feet this one is great especially at $10. I have not had any problems but for the price I would replace it with another if I broke it.

    Size and cost

    Nothing

    What others should know:

It's very light and works exactly how it's supposed to.

    Things I liked:

Inexpensive and good enough for stopping rogue tin cans dead in their tracks.

    Things I would have changed:

Well, if Daisy is gonna keep this priced at around $10 or so they won't be able to make the changes I would like to see. But if I had my druthers, I'd like to see a smaller, sharper red dot and much improved windage and elevation adjustments.

    What others should know:

Two things, both of which have been mentioned by other reviewers. First, the red dot is honkin' big and will cover the entire bullseye of a standard target outside of a few yards. A soft drink can at 25 yards is pretty much obscured by it. My middle-aged eyes suck bad enough as it is - a smaller dot would do wonders for me. Second, the windage and elevation screws leave a lot to be desired in that you have to keep fiddling with tightening the TEENY little nut on each and then re-sighting until you get a zero. If you don't go through this, meaning if you don't go to the trouble of sighting and re-sighting in order to get the nuts good and tight, you won't hold a zero very long. Probably best to tighten them before sighting, then use a small wrench to hold the nut immobile when you turn the adjustment screw. Overall, for the price, it's pretty decent for just plinking around, but no serious shooter will want to give it a second glance.

    Rating 4.04.0 4.0

    Things I liked:

    Cheap

    Things I would have changed:

The screw and nut system for adjusting windage and elevation is really terrible. The red dot is large and not well defined and covers the entire bulls eye so don't expect pin point shooting.'

    What others should know:

Once you have sighted in you must tighten up the little nuts or else it will go out of wack after a few shots. The nuts are tiny and if you have a wrench of that size in your tool box you'll be lucky. The problem is that when you tighten the nuts you will be off target because the screw moves so you will have to re sight again. The trick is to hold the screw so that it doesn't move while you tighten the nut. You will need a vice or a friend to help you out for this to work.If you can afford something better go for it. I have one fitted to my Crosman 357 and am getting some fun out of it and will admit that its better for me because of my lousy eyesight. Not for serious shooters.

    Things I liked:

price is right ,easy to use sights quickly ,mounted to my phantom 1000 easily

    Things I would have changed:

red dot is far too large for small targeting ,covers entire target @20 yds ,had to go with old crossman red dot for accuracy

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

Easy to mount. Zero'd in in a matter of minutes firing just 5 pellets from a Crosman 357 pistol. So far there has been no creep and the sight remains dead-on accurate. Seems like a really good product for just $10.

    Things I would have changed:

    Can't think of a thing.

    What others should know:

According to my son, the sight is relatively useless in daylight. I can't confirm this since I've only used it indoors but I have no reason to doubt him.

  • Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

Easy to mount and easy to sight in. I have it on a Crosman 1377. For a little pistol it is quite accurate. It will take a licking too. For the price if it lasts a year you can buy another. I would not spend more for another.

    Things I would have changed:

Some kind of direction on the sight for which way to go. The light could be brighter. On the other hand what do you want for the money.

    What others should know:

For the money you cant beat this. Don't forget to buy the Crosman mounts for the barrel. $20 all in-buy it now. If you have never used a Red Dot type sight you will be very happy. Your sight picture becomes less important than trigger pull and breathing. If you can hold on the target from any angle you will pretty much hit it once sighted.

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

I like the compact size it is not at all obtrusive and looks good on my Crosman 357. The mount is very solid and it HOLDS it's setting.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

With my eyesight at 68 years, the grouping on my 357 at 5 meters is generally a ragged 1" hole. I have problems focusing the sights at times. With the Daisy Red Dot the groups are more like 5/8 of an inch. This is an excellent product and the price cannot be beat !!

    Things I liked:

Two power settings, screw adjustments rather than knobs and very solid with minimal lateral movement.

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe a larger viewing area but that would increase size and cost.

    What others should know:

Along with this Daisy I tried the Crosman and UTG/Leapers dot sights in the $10-15 price range. To me the Daisy is the brightest and sharper dot, plus it has 2 power settings. The Daisy also has MUCH less side/end play than the other two. The difference is huge and as a result the Daisy holds zero much better. I also like the screw adjustments better than the knobs because the knobs are easy to knock out of whack. I have used my Daisy's on four pistols, one of them .22 cal and two rifles, one of them .22 cal. The Daisy has held zero on all of them perfectly. Admittedly, I only shot targets in my back yard and lay the guns down on a bench when necessary, so they don't get knocked around in hunting or paintball type activities. The Daisy holds zero for pure gun recoil and that's all that matters to me. This is actually a case where the less expensive unit is superior in many ways to it's competition

    Things I liked:

This is the easiest electronic point sight I have used and the one my grandkids ask to use over the others I have. It is smaller that makes target recognition much easier than than the larger fields of view on the bigger sights. I didn't think I would get so much for my money but I was wrong. I wonder how Daisy makes it so good and so inexpensive, and it works.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing any changes would raise the cost and my ruin a perfectly good sight.

    What others should know:

If you have never used this type of sight, this is the one to try first. You can't go wrong.

    Things I liked:

inexpensive, accurate, easy to use. turned my crosman 1377c into a very accurate air pistol. After fiddling with the mounted sights for a couple days id had enough and sprung for this and the mounts. very very easy to sight. Im an older beginning airgunner and had no problems.

    Things I would have changed:

same as others markings for windage and elevation adjustments screws would be nice but after a few adjustments, you should remember no problem. a more focused red dot would be nice as others have stated it would make it even more accurate.

    What others should know:

for about 18 bucks I turned my pneumatic pistol into an accurate and powerful shooter. you could spend a lot more to get one more refined if you are so inclined, but this will do the same thing at a fraction of the cost. very happy with it.

    Things I liked:

    Compact, easy to use, inexpensive

    Things I would have changed:

Dot is too large - tends to obscure bullseye at longer distances. But hey, for ten bucks...

    What others should know:

This is a decent little sight for the money. The dot in the center is larger than I like it - it covers a fairly large area and grouping can get chancey, especially in low light. But it's easily worth ten bucks

    Rating 4.04.0 4.0

    Things I liked:

Inexpensive, battery included, easy adjustment on the vertical axis, clearly visible laser dot sight

    Things I would have changed:

I've mounted this sight on two bb guns and even when set to the highest extreme on the vertical axis both guns still shot high. Remedy: make the sight able to point higher.

    What others should know:

Adjustment of the horizontal axis is tough; the screw sets the rightmost extreme while the nut sets the leftmost extreme and turning one generally turns the other... this can make it tough to zero while looking down the sight. Also - the nuts have some kind of plastic coating on them, maybe to help them make a snug fit - this coating can come off and coat the screw threads, preventing the nut from fitting back on and thereby making the scope defective. I'm exchanging mine for a new one - if the scope actually zeroed, it would get five stars all around.

    Things I liked:

It's cheap and it works works. Also, it has a low profile so it doesn't get in the way.

    Things I would have changed:

Add windage( Left/Right) and elevation(Up/Down) directions on the adjustment screws.

    What others should know:

I'm getting older and I like red dot scopes for their ease of acquiring the target. I have several others and thought for the price I would give it a try. It's surprising how good it works for the price.

    Things I liked:

Was easy to mount and easy to sight in on my Crosman 1377c with steel breech. The low power setting is great for dusk. Cheap price. Field of view is compact but it works very good.

    Things I would have changed:

Some type of notation on body near the adjusting screws to let you know direction of adjustment.

    What others should know:

No click adjustments for elevation or windage due to using just plain screws. So this sight is better for plinking, casual target shooting, rats, and cans; and that's just perfect for me.
